Why did we wait so long?

Our old melon baller finally lost a scoop head so I reluctantly bought a new one. Why i waited? Not sure. This is so smooth and easy. It’s not sharp to the touch but it cores a half apple like a hot knife through butter. Me likey.

Ball ALL the melons! I bought this, then bought a ton of melons and balled them all. Now I'm kind of all balled out, but it works, it's great, it's sturdy - you can't go wrong!

This two sized melon baller is a great idea. My teenagers were eager to help make melon balls. You have a good grip on the handle. The balls looked really great. The melon baller works great on cantaloupe, honeydew melon and watermelon.

Perfect melon baller and more.

Very well made make perfect balls from watermellon, cantaloupe, honeydew. Also makes great sorbet balls. Perfect product and received quickly.

Bought this after visiting a shaved iced place that served balled melons. My LO devoured the melon balls so after doing some research, I ended up buying this. Easy to scoop the melons and easy to feed your little ones. Good for fruit decos for guests!!

It is far superior to all others

My second melon baller and I should have purchased this one from the beginning it is far superior to all others. The length is a bit longer than all the others and the handle fits well in your hand. as for it making perfect melon balls that is completely up to the users skill. Don't blame the tool for you're own faults. This is the best tool for the job. OXO has always come through for me with quality kitchen tools.

I bought this to make melon balls for our granddaughter. The tool is very comfortable to use and easy to clean (I do so by hand to protect the soft handle from gradual decay in a dishwasher). The difference is size in the two ends allows creating different size balls in which the smaller volume scoop could work better at fruit removal as one approaches the rind. The tool is sharp but not knife-sharp. You need not worry about cutting yourself but it does a perfect job on melon balls. For some reason, some kids like eating melon balls better than a chunk of melon and the psychology of that aside, I'm just happy kids like to eat melon.

Sturdy and durable

Love this product , brought to cut out melons and other fruit, works great, especially if you love using it to make food fun for kids and toddlers. I would purchase this product again.
