Excellent blades for a good price!
I bought these for use with my new Dewalt sawzall. I used one of the wood blades to cut a bunch of mid sized branches off of a tree in my front yard. I used one of the metal blades to cut quite a few galvanized steel pipes out from under my house. The yellow paint did come off the blade onto the tree branches but that's to be expected. It cut extremely well. The metal blade was the same way. It allowed me to cut through quite a bit of steel pipe but by the time I was done the blade was trashed. I think this could've also been due to the angle I was trying to cut at inside of a crawl space with no room to really work. I'd like to have blades that could last forever but for the price these got the job done and done well.

Good for the price
These are good saw blades, about what you would expect from middle of the line blades. The low cost makes up for them being somewhat disposable. Note that if you use these on a high setting, in a saw with a lot of play, or on the wrong material, they will wear pretty fast. I use them on my 12v reciprocating saw, which is more than a toy than a real tool, but it's acceptable for light duty. - Low tooth count: cuts through 2x4's and plywood plenty fast. - Mid tooth count: work fine for stuff like drywall and plastic, or for making clean cuts in thin hardwood. - High tooth count: good for thicker sheet metal, like 1/16 to 1/8, but anything that is flexible is a nightmare, so I just use snips or a jigsaw instead.

wayyyy better than stock ryobi blades...
i bought a ryobi tool set with reciprocating saw. the 2 x ryobi stock blades snapped on first use. upon using one of these blades, i dismantled a couple pallets no problem. the yellow paint does wear off though.

Thrilled again!
I could not wait for these to arrive as I need the metal blade badly. These are good blades and do a very good job. I could not believe the blade worked its way thru the metal on a push lawn mower that was given to me. But the front of the thing was so low that it hung on everything in its path and I just simply took out about 1in of metal on the front between the wheels and " wha, la" it clears the grass and the ant mounds and it happend because of these blades. I know what you are thinking, a cutting torch would have worked. Well I am 72 and my hubby is no longer with me to do his hubby things for me so I figure these things out for myself and just get them done. These blades are a good buy and I will get more.

Nice, but only a 3 inch cut
It's not a bad starter set, but be warned - this nearly 6 inch blade can only cut through 3 inches of material. See picture. You lose length from the reciprocating action, the mounting area, and the distance from the blade-clamp to the face of the tool. I have a Dewalt DCS387B reciprocating saw in the picture.

Great value for a stsarter set of blade. Perfect purchase to compliment a new saw.
I bought this set of blade to compliment my purchase of a Dewalt DE304PK saw. This was a perfect starter set which provided a nice combination of blades for multiple uses. The plastic case if very handy to keep the blades organized and easy to find when I toss them into the saw case. I am just an occasional DIY'er so these blades have not gotten a ton of use with one rather large exception. That was when we lost part of our wooden fence during a hurricane last fall. We decide to replace the entire 100' of fence rather than try to repair the broken sections of the old fence. The fencing company was going to charge us $300 to remove the old fence so I decided to save the bucks and do it myself. I loaded up one of the wood cutting blades and odd I went. I had no problem cutting old, weather treated wood posts for almost an hour and the single blade held up for the entire job. Now that's bang for the buck!

Durable Starter Kit, Need a Masonry Blade
These blades are great, lasting at least 2x longer than the Porter Cable ones that came with my reciprocating saw (they fit the 18v Porter Cable perfectly). I’ve been using a wood and metal blade on everything from 2x4’s, lychee tree branches (dense wood), steel tubing, 40+ year old bed frames, and general kitchen demo. It’s held up and is still sharp. My only complaint is the need for a masonry blade, but wasn’t able to find one on Amazon, no demerits for a wish list.

GREAT BLADES
Metal and wood blades included. I use these to fabricate metal pieces for my 1950 pickup truck and also to trim trees around my 2 acres with a battery operated dewalt sawzall. These blades handle every thing I throw at them short of cast iron. Good quality and made in USA.

Worked perfect
Using this in my DeWalt Reciprocating Saw and pleased with the results. The blades were sharp and durable. It is important to note they aren't very long, but served my purposes well. If you need longer blades, make sure you read the dimensions and get what you need.

Made demolishing a shed a breeze.
These blades worked very well for my shed demo. I found using the 5/8 ripped through siding and studs with ease and had minimal battery drain. I would highly recommend this set for all your demo needs. It should be noted that I am a newbie and this was my first demo job. These blades gave me the confidence to go at it and helped lead to an enjoyable experience.
