I am a woman who does most of the repairs around my house. A very handy tool that I have had for countless years, is my old staple gun. When I ran out of the box of Arrow staples, I purchased a generic, inexpensive new box at the local hardware store. . UGH, what a mistake. I took them back after I tried to use them, and realized how flimsy they were. No one in town had this brand, but Amazon had them, of course! I laughed that, my old box had a $1.29 label still stuck on it. Since this new box was considerably more, I am left to wonder just how long ago I had purchased the old box! The genuine part may cost a little more, but as for most things there is no substitute for quality.

They're staples. I don't know what to tell you. If you need to hold a small bundle of papers together, these will work. If you're looking to attach an ottoman to the ceiling or something, you may need something stronger.

This is my go-to motorcycle seat upholstery staple.

These staples just arrive and they fit my Stanley TR45K Light Duty Staple Gun perfectly. I use a lot of staples on the bulletin boards at church and usually run out right in the middle of a project. I ordered six boxes this time, because of the price and free shipping with Prime. It is a great bargain. I can't do without Amazon.com

I've bought a lot of staples in my day, but these are by far the best I have ever used. They are sharp and pointy, made of shiny metal and fit in my staple gun like they were made for it. Every time I pull the trigger, TWACK - they fly out and embed themselves in whatever I'm trying to tack up. (Just be sure your finger or face aren't on the receiving end of the staple gun!) They come in a nice cardboard box that is easy to open and close, so your extra staples don't go flying all over the place. Nice color too. The box, I mean. I tried to come up with some other uses for these staples, but they really are quite specialized. When it comes to attaching something to something else, the can't be beat. I'm very glad I bought them and in a few years when I use them all up, I'll be sure to buy some more exactly like these. No need to mess with success, I say. In fact, that's often my motto. But don't think that I'm rigid and inflexible. If someone shows me a better way to do something, I'll listen. I just have to be convinced that what they are suggesting truly is better. When it comes to staples, you'd have to really show me something revolutionary to make me switch from this particular brand and style. I suppose I could go with something a little longer than 1/4" - maybe 3/8" - but that would be the longest I would ever need. I know they make 1/2" and maybe even 3/4", but I just don't have anything requiring such a long staple. Although for the sake of writing a proper review, maybe I should try them. What do you think? Would you like me to do that and get back to you? Anyway, I'm 100% satisfied with these Arrow staples and even went so far as to count them to make sure when they say they are selling you 1000, they truly are selling you 1000. Guess what! That's exactly how many were in the box. Now THAT'S quality control. Thanks, Arrow. So if you are looking for some great staples for your staple gun, don't hesitate to buy these. (To be honest, I wish now I had ordered two boxes, just to be sure I never run out.) Happy stapling!

I had boxes of 3/8" and 5/8", but no 1/4", so these were a necessary addition to my tools. I used them the same day I received them. Pleased with both the product and the price.

What can you say. These are 1/4" staples and they work just fine for what I need.

Works well with Stanley 45TRK light duty staple gun. Staples targets to card board silhouette(s) easy. Sharp and pointy.
