Wonderful reading cd-rom!

My 7 year old daughter goes to a reading tutor, who recommended this CD-Rom and uses it with her students. My 7 year old loves it, and so does my 5 year old. I would highly recommend Reader Rabbit 1st Grade.

A great problem solving game! My daughter loved it from K-grade - 1st. It's "flexible" learning for the entire age range.

Great, challenging

This program is really fun for kids who love adventures rather than programs that simply offer activities minus a storyline. The challenge level in it is actually quite nice. Kids actually learn a few things with the game.

Great old learning program

This is an old learning program that I wanted for my grandkids. My sons grew up learning with the Learning Company programs and I wanted to pass the fun that they had on. The grandkids love it!

Love how it engages kids to think

A total hit! Bought this to replace an older one (exactly the same, thank you!) that got broken. Love how it engages kids to think, play, and create!

I am an elementary school teacher and have four of my own kids. I have used many of the learning company's titles in my home and in my classroom and they are excellent. Reader Rabbit 1St Grade is very well done, teaching beginning reading skills, phonics, and sentence structures. A very good investment for your child.

My five year old loves this cd rom. Its challenging enough to keep her interested (for hours!) and it is helping her learn how to read. I am very selective about what cd roms I will buy for my daughter, and Reader Rabbit is a great educational (and fun) investment.
