• Belt fits styles 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16
  • The drive belt is an important component of your vacuum that allows the brush roll to spin and help remove dirt and debris from your carpet. You should replace your belt if broken or worn.
  • You should check your vacuum cleaner's rotating floor brush and drive belt regularly for wear or damage.
  • If your vacuum is not cleaning as well as it had before or the brush roll has stopped turning, you may have to change the belt.
  • To change the belt, please refer to your user guide for installation instructions.

I have been trying to get the proper belts for my Bissel Vacuum for almost 5 months! I took it to three shops here in Dallas and it sat in the corner of the first shop for almost a month and the guy finally gave it back when I threatened to write bad things about his shop for laziness and out and out Lying about waiting on belt..etc.. Second shop wasn't as bad but couldn't nor wouldn't give me the actual part number so I finally asked Alexa and she showed me the exact belt I needed and she had it and this is after I'd already ordered a new Dirt Devil Vacuum in case he Bissel was not working after the belt replacement. When the belt arrived and I watched a short installation video and installed the new belt I hit the switch and it ran like new. I did the floors and it was great and all for under $5.00!! Thanks Amazon & Alexa!! Belt is great and the second belt is here if we need it.

AFTER SETTING IT UP, THE MAIN PART I CONTINUED TO ASSEMBLE THE REST OF THE VACUIM. SOME OF THR INSTRUCTION WERE NOT VERY CLEAR TO ME AS HOW SOME OF THE ATTACHMENT'S WENT AND WHAT PART TO USE TO FASTEN THEM TO THE VERTICAL HANDLE WERE. THE PICTURES WERE HARDLY SEEABLE. THEY LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE WAS SKETCHING A PICTURE ON LIGHT TAN PAPER USING VERY LIGHT STROKER. aND THE ON AND OFF SWITH TO ME IS LOCATED WAY TO FAR DOWN O THE LOWER HANDLE. IT SHOULD HANE BEEN MOUNTED HIGHER UP JUST BELOW THE POWER BRUSH ON ETHER SIDE. WHERE IT IS NOW YOU HAVE TO BENT TO FAR TO THE LEFT TO TURN IT ON. THER WISE EVERY THING WORD LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD. WHEN I FIRST TURNED IT ON, THE BRUSH SETTIN WAS SET TO LOW AND IT ABOUT RAN AWWAY FROM ME. THIS VACIUM HAS PLENTY OF SUCTION POWER. WHEN I WAS PULLING IT BACKWADRS YOU COULD REALLY FEEL THE SUCTION. I VACUMED THE CARPET WITH OLD VAV, AND GO HARDLY ANY DUST, OR OTHER JUNK. THEN OUT CAME THE " TANK". I HAD 1.5 INCES OF FINE DIRT, ON TOP OF THAT SOME KIND OF HAIR, AND LOTS OF IT. IT IS THE BEST VACUM I HAVE USED; THE OTHER BRANDS IN MY WORDS WOULD NOT STAND A CHANCE

I ordered this belt after searching several other belts. This is by far the best belt. I'm a Amazon prime member ( 2 day free shipping) Even though I paid extra for same day shipping. I received it in the morning of the next day. I was informed there was a problem with the shipment. Even so, the product once I received it came in original Bissell package and it fits a slew of many bissell models. It was easy to install. I recommend if you're not sure how to install it, just search it on youtube (how to install belt for Bissell vacuum)>

Great belts for a great vacuum cleaner. I'm just happy I can still get these, and don't have to replace the whole machine yet. Installation is so easy it doesn't even need a screwdriver. Just flip the vacuum so you can see the rotor housing look carefully and you will see three tabs that you press up on to release the cover of the rotor housing. Now look below that kind of on the inside and you will see a little metal bar that turns the belt. It takes a little bit of doing to wiggle the new belt onto that bar. Then remove the rotor completely so you can wrap the belt around that too. Then simply replace the housing cover the same way it came off and you're good to go. My last belt lasted nearly a year and I expect this one will too, plus there is a backup belt to boot, so that will be close to two years without buying any more. By that time, I will be looking to replace the vacuum anyway. (Probably with another Bissel.) These are likely the last I will ever buy, but that's the compliment. ;)

Its a vacuum belt. The only time they break is when your kids suck something up thats too big and stops the roller before you have time to shut it off!! Pick up the smaller toys first guys! That being said, these belts are good quality and work great. And if you do suck something up thats too big, when you can shut it off in a hurry the belt should be ok.. Thanks Bissell

These were a perfect replacement for the seriously worn-out belt in my vacuum. Replacing it made the machine feel like it was new again, except for how it looks. These did not make good replacements for rubber bands in the ensuing rubber band war. My feeble arms were incapable of stretching these bands to capture their devastating potential as heavy weapons. The search for that product continues...

Couldn't figure out why my vacuum wasn't working. Than found out the belt broke. I ordered these and the first one snapped instantly. Than looked closer to see a piece of plastic stopping it from spinning. If I hadn't replaced the second belt I never would have seen that. And with the new belt it works perfect with my carpet.

Unfortunately I think I waited too long to purchase this replacement and the vacuum motor suffered, but the belt was incredibly easy to install (5 or 6 phillips head screws on the bottom side of the vacuum, and you're good to go) and it does make a noticeable difference as to the effectiveness of your vacuum's brush roller. I was absolutely amazed by how stretched and ineffective the previous belt was. The belt I removed was easily multiple inches longer and was so loose it was making the vacuum motor work overtime. It's worth having these for sure, and you should seriously consider replacing the belt every year or two! And hey, this pack come with two, enough for 2-3 years, at a really reasonable price!

no more burnt rubber smell! I found out we needed a new belt after my wife said the vacuum cleaner isn't working very well. Installed a new beater bar and one of these belts from the two pack and the vacuum is working as well as a new one. This fixed our failing loveless marriage. We don't fight as much as we did before. However, your mileage may very.

My vacuum's roller randomly stopped working. I knew nothing about vacuums, but they said the typical issue for that is that the belt broke. Lo and behold, it was completely snapped. I ordered this and it works perfectly now! $4 and my vacuum is as good as new. A repair man wanted $50. All I did was take off the screws on the bottom and slipped the belt over the roller and the bolt that rotates it. It took all of 5 minutes... Edit: I have a CleanView 9595A
