Sturdy well made bike carrier

We are really enjoying this product. It is quite flexible in accommodating our bikes. Seems sturdy enough to do the job. We've used it some 5-10 times already. Womens bikes without the horizontal frame bar will need an adapter. Very small kids bikes may not fit perfectly either. Those are common issues with all bike racks of this type. I will say that this one is more flexible than others because the mounts can rotate and the extra 3rd strap can be removed for small kids bikes.

I need to return this product

The product looks fantastic but I don’t have the hitch on my car. I thought it came with it. It is a leased car and it will cost me $700 to add this to my car and of course, a potential charge once I return my car at the end of my lease. With COVID-19 - we didn’t venture out at all and the product has been in the garage still in the box. Coming out of COVID-19, we attempted to hitch it up and just realized that we could not. Would like to return this product please. Thanks. Why isn't anyone responding to me???

The bike rack was relatively easy to install. The instructions had only pictures...would have liked written instructions. Very sturdy!

Tilts away for back door to open.

We have a Honda CRV easy to install the rack. Easy to put the bikes in. Sturdy mounting, bikes secure.

Very easy to put together, took 10 minutes. Easy to fold down to open hatch. Very pleased with this product!!
