I bought this specifically for use in the Panasonic Flash XPress Toaster Oven. It is a perfect fit. I have been using it for about a month to make simple baked breads such as corn bread or banana bread. The height is just right, but as others have pointed out, top browning is a bit too fast. Aluminum foil has helped to evenly distribute heat, but It's tricky knowing exactly when to remove the foil. This pan is much better than the one provided with the toaster oven. I very much recommend it for those who want full use of the Panasonic toaster oven. If you already own one, you know how remarkable it is for quick baking and toasting with no preheat.

I haven't used this pan yet, but based on other pans I've had over the centuries, this is a beaut! It is heavy. It appears to be two layers: a light inner layer and a dark outer layer though I can find no hint of two layers being combined. So, maybe it is one layer that somehow appears to be two colors. Whatever, it is at least twice the weight of every other 9" pan I've had. There is a small lip around the top edge and this is very well made: it is rounded both from the body of the pan and along its outer edge. This pan strikes as exceedingly well made. If it bakes as well as it feels, and I don't know why it shouldn't, this is quite a bargain. Generally, I'm not all that fond of weight, but it is very nice to experience quality again, which this pan, because of its weight, appears to be.

Nice made heavy pans ...... I needed 2 of them and they are super nice...I only buy good quality stuff and this is more than i expected buying online.....

I love this heavy duty pan. I've made both egg casseroles in it and cranberry shortbread bars. I did buy a special narrow hard plastic spatula so I don't damage it.

This 9 inch pan is ideal for my carrot cake and for my banana cake. I love baking and bake often. This 9 inch pan is a great addition to my pan collection. I can't wait to bake in it. I would buy this 9inch pan again

I have used this pan for brownies, caramels, and a couple of cakes in the few weeks that I've had it. it is indeed non-stick and very easy to clean. Like with all my bakeware, I wash it by hand and immediately dry with paper towels; I have no issues with spots or rusting. In fact, I'm really happy with the quality of this pan.

If you are waffling about shelling out money for these pans.. just do it! My pics are circled in red cookies made in cuisinart pan vs foil lined cheap pan you can see how evenly and we’ll cooked the cuisinart one is these went in at the same time and temp from same batch. The cuisinart pans are super sturdy never had such thick sturdy pan and cook so evenly an nothing sticks to them if you follow the care instructions. No butter, pan or oil needed!

I had to use this pan as soon as I received it so I threw it under the broiler with a lobster tail in it and abused it for a while. I cooked my lobster the way I liked it but I was worried it came out looking black. I figured I ruined it. I am hard on pans. But as soon as i put it in the sink it cleaned up perfectly. It stood up to my horrible abuse and cleaned up looking like new. Even after burning it under the broiler. Great pan.

Excellent pan. First pan I’ve used that makes great brownies. I use a plastic knife as metal utensils will damage the nonstick finish. I wash it with a cellulose sponge dishwand. Cleans up great. The top of my brownies actually measure 8 1/2”. To get 9 brownies I divided that by 3. That comes out to 2 53/64” So far so good.

The pans were great, however the shipping could have been better. One of the pans had a dented corner when it arrived. The box was pretty banged up. I needed to use it the day it arrived, so I used it anyway. The pans are heavy duty and the dent did not impact it's performance.
