This is my favorite of all the flavors. I believe this makes a big difference for recovery and is much cheaper than the beachbody crap. Very soluble and I find 3-4 ice cubes help it mix nicely. I use it after every workout, whether I am doing Insanity or running. Its a must to me.

Tried this product for the first time in Janurary (2018) and have bought another tub since then. Tastes great, a must need after a run. Sometimes drink 8oz of water with 1 scoop before a long run. Pacific Health makes great products. I've also tried their Gels and they are great.

There are several schools of thought regarding what is needed for a proper recovery. And even more diverging theories when you take into account what your overall goal is. There are some studies that suggest that the proper ratio of carbs to protein for recovery is 4 to 1. That is what this drink mix is based on. It works for me as I am not looking to gain mass. I am looking to provide my body with the nutrients it needs so that I can walk the next day. An extra bonus is the fruit punch flavor tastes great!

Tastes great. Dissolves reasonably well given products with protein/whey have issues fully dissolving. Though as with any protein product, expect a layer of "gunk" in the inside of your bottles after use. Works better with "Clean bottle" or with a "Blender Bottle." I'd advise using it in a standard cycling water bottle because of the difficulty cleaning it. Also try to clean your bottle shortly after use because the whey (a dairy product) does not smell very good if left at room temp.

I'm a collegiate varsity lightweight rower and during weight loss I was struggling to efficiently refuel my body so that it could properly recover. Endurox was exactly what I needed. I was exposed to it in high school where I was also a lightweight rower and after every practice, regardless of whether we did a long steady row or high intensity race pieces, my coach gave us Endurox. It worked like a charm. So I bought it this past March to assist my recovery and no matter what workout we did, I never felt sore the following day(s). As a lightweight, it is nice because it is a tasty treat to add to my salad/veggies/lean protein diet, and it leaves my body refueled and ready to go come the following day's practice. I definitely recommend it to people doing high volume/high intensity workouts. It really does the trick. I like to describe it as Gatorade on steroids. It doesn't mix super well if you make it directly after the workout, but I've found that if you mix it before the workout and let it just sit, it mixes perfectly fine. Not to mention Amazon hooked me up with a killer deal. I ain't mad at that!

Have been using this product for over 15 years with great results first for hiking at over 50 years old had excellent results. Since my knee replacement cycling now is my main activity it continues to amaze me on how well this really works for my recovery from strenuous rides again with excellent results . I thank Popular Science magazine for for the article that turned me on to this product in the nineties '.

I've used this for a while. this formulation agrees with my system - others don't as well. If you're trying various recovery drinks I recommend this one. I like the chocolate flavor the best, although the lemon lime is ok, it tastes a bit thick. That's a plus in the Chocolate. Kind of like a thin chocolate milk shake. I believe that the protein combined with the carbs does help me recover better so that I can work out hard the next day. I use it primarily after longer endurance activities, and it works well. Tip: put a couple of ice cubes in a shaker glass, add Endurox, add water and shake. It dissolves readily. I think it digests better though if you mix it the night before.

Taking this after a workout makes the difference between being sore for 5 days versus 2 days. I've had other recovery drinks before and this defiantly tastes the best. I actually can't wait until I get to drink it cause it's that good. Same goes for the orange flavor. I hate working out without it. Absolutely recommend for those of you that want to recover fast so you can kill it at the gym everyday.

First and foremost, if you are like me and don't like milk (making most protein powder borderline inedible) then this product is a god-send. The fruit punch flavor tastes like twizzlers, and if you only use one scoop it doesn't get even a hint of that chalky thick texture all the other proteins I've tried get. I've been using this protein pretty much exclusively for around 5 years now, and highly recommend it for somewhat serious endurance athletes (using the term athlete somewhat loosely obviously). I have tested taking/not-taking this under various conditions and early on compared it with other products, and I really did see a noticeable difference with this product. I'm a runner and my legs are much fresher after a good workout after using this. This could very easily be placebo, and no...endurox did not change my life or the way I worked out. It did not improve my 5k time by minutes on its own. It's got a more focused ratio of protein to carbs, which is good if your goal is to recover fast and restore your glycogen over building and bulking up. But aside from that, it's highly unlikely (to me) that there is anything to see here that you won't find in any other popular protein. But it tastes great for people who can't stomach the traditional vanilla/chocolate chalky milk stuff. What I will say is that I only use 1 scoop, not 2. This is mostly to save money, but I also didn't notice an appreciable difference between one and two scoops.

I'm a seasoned marathoner and this stuff really works for those efforts that go beyond an hour. I'd say that I'm less sore and don't feel as drained the next day if I'm diligent about getting it in quickly after I finish. As far as taste goes, I'd rank them Fruit Punch, Tangy Orange and then Lemon Lime of the ones that I've had. It's also a lot less to purchase here than in say GNC like substantially cheaper and its the same quality.
