I have no regrets.
I purchased the 32 in perch for my cockatiels and they love it. It is now their favorite perch to sleep on. I love that I can change the shape of the perch if I ever need to switch it up. So far, I haven't had any issues with their feet getting snagged in the perch even though they have chewed on it a few times but I do like to keep a few chew toys nearby just in case. I'll probably purchase another comfy perch so they can use it when they're outside of the cage.

Great!
I purchased this in the 32" length and it is perfect! I use it to stretch from the back of the cage down to just under the front door, so they can easily come say hi, and it's just the right length for that. By the way, the cage we have was also purchased off Amazon ("Best Choice Products New Large Play Top Bird Cage Parrot Finch Macaw Cockatoo Birdcages") and it's pretty great! The width of the rope is perfect for conure feet and I'm sure would work just as well for smaller birds or even medium sized parrots. This is a great perch if you're looking for something that is versatile and soft. You can either have it straight out or bent, whichever you prefer, and our birds really seem to enjoy it.

Who *doesn't* love a Booda perch...? ;)
- The Eclectus who owns me ;) loves these! I like the 32" ones because they're long enough for me to bend them and give her an easy way to climb down to the floor from her "house" and from her playpen to the floor - she quickly learned how to go back and forth, or to climb down and come over to me :D My mobility is not good, so these let her go where she wants, while I can still **of course** keep an eye on her. - They are very tightly-wound, so they don't fray, yet still offer her an excellent surface to grip and climb - and, of course, hang upside-down from. The thickness is perfect ((the smaller sizes were also well-proportioned for the smaller birds who shared my living-space in the past)), and they are non-slip yet gentle on her feet. The end-caps are fairly resilient - I've never had one break. They also seem to resist demolition, at least Eclectus-scale demolition ;) - They last well because she actually doesn't chew them, possibly because she has lots of other wood and rope etc. things to chew, and at least surface-washable ((they have a wire in the center and I don't know whether it's rust-resistant)). - All in all, one of those "simple" things that is great ;)

My birds love them!
I have had these in the past so I know canaries AND cockatiels both love these perches above and beyond the wood or any other kind of perch because they are softer on the feet- I do have the other kinds of perches because they need something to chew or scrape their beaks and nails on- but they more often than not sit on the boodas-and they sleep on them- Word of warning though- eventually ( and it takes a long time) if you have a chewing type bird (like cockatiels) they will cause the booda to fray- when that happens you should replace it with a new one as their nails can get caught in it and cause accidents.

Fantastic branch, every parrot owner should buy one.
I love this! I ordered the longest size, and the branch was much bigger around than expected, but my gold cap conure loooves it. It took her a while to get used to it, but it's now her preferred way in and out of her cage. I attach one end to her play structure on top of her cage and one end inside so she can easily climb in and out of her cage. I love that it's flexible and somewhat keeps its shape when you pose it. It's starting to show some wear and tear after a few weeks of her nails and beak going at it, but for $8, I'll happily replace it when it starts to get ratty. I also definitely plan on buying more once I install some wall perches. I love the idea of making a little booda branch trail for her to climb between perches. 10/10, recommend to anyone, and I plan on buying more again soon.

Wrap these with vet wrap for bird safety
I got one large and two small of these rope perches for my budgie (parakeet) who now has a disabled leg. He needs a way to climb more since his landing skills aren’t as good, and I wanted to provide a softer surface for his good leg since it’s getting most of the pressure now. I installed the two smaller rope perches in a half circle around his food and water dishes so he has an easy landing/perching surface for eating and drinking. The long rope perch runs from the bottom of the left side of the cage up to the top of the right side, and it’s not a small cage. He also has several wood perches and a couple of platforms to choose from. I see him sitting on the long rope perch quite often. The most important thing with rope perches for any bird is to wrap them with vet wrap. When they’re brand new they’re fine, but with wear and tear, especially if your bird chews on them, strings will start to come loose. These strings can wrap around a toe, leg, or even a neck, trapping your bird and causing injury or death. There have been many cases of birds ingesting the rope fibers after chewing on the rope perch—this will cause an expensive vet bill, as the fibers get impacted in the bird’s crop, requiring surgery, or the bird will die. By wrapping the perch in vet wrap you protect your bird from these loose strings. If your bird is an avid chewer, like my caique, vet wrap may not be enough and a rope perch may not be the best choice. For birds like my budgie though, who doesn’t chew very much, it can be made to be very safe. Now onto the quality of the rope perch. I’ve owned a few rope perches in the past. This brand seems to be just as good of quality as any others I’ve owned. They were easy to install, even with my hands being not all that strong. I love that they’re bendable and they will hold whatever shape you put them in. They are hard to clean, but again if you wrap them in vet wrap, the vet wrap is somewhat easier to clean and you can just remove it and rewrap when they get too dirty. Overall they seem pretty durable and I expect them to last a long time.

Freddie Loves His New Long Posable Soft Perch!
I am having alot of fun with this perch! I was worried that it would be too big to conform to my parrot's cage & his travel condo...but it's VERY versatile! I have coiled it...looped it into multiple configurations & Freddie my Conure LOVES this perch! I will also include a pic of this very long perch screwed into Freddie's travel sleeping condo...I just made a huge cool arch & my crazy bird just loves how it clings with his claws...a secure bird is a happy bird!

This is perch is a favorite of all my budgies, both English and American Budgies seem to choose this one most often especially to sleep on. I now have purchased 3 of these.
