I purchased this refrigerator from Amazon on October 28, 2011, and it has been keeping assorted items very cold ever since it arrived and I set it up in my small study. The compact size and relatively large interior are perfect for cheese, cold cuts, fruit, occasional leftovers and Sprite Zero cans. I use the little freezer compartment only to store a few icecubes originally produced in our main refrigerator. Considering the poor reviews and price I didn't expect much, and have been very pleasently surprised. The Igloo may expire tomorrow, but it has faithfully performed for 478 days at a rate of around a dime a day (not counting electricity). It even helped keep the room warm for two winters. It also serves as a fine printer stand.
