IT WORKS

First of all, I almost never write reviews, but I absolutely had to write one for this product. I am hypersensitive to poison ivy, and every time I’ve ever had it I’ve had to go to the doctor, get a shot, and go on a round of steroids to get rid of it. This last time, it flared up over the weekend and I couldn’t get into see the doctor until Monday. It had already spread all over my whole body, and I felt like I was on fire from the itchiness and blisters. I put cortisone cream everywhere and was rotating ice packs trying to get some relief with little result. I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even sleep. I desperately went into the drug store, and asked the pharmacist if there was anything he could recommend. He directed me to this product. I went home, and immediately took a shower and scrubbed down from head to toe. After I dried off and got dressed, I IMMEDIATELY noticed a HUGE difference in the itchiness—It had practically vanished. The next day I repeated the process and noticed that the redness and blisters had significantly decreased. It improved so much I canceled my doctors appointment. By the end of the week it was completely gone. I would give this 100 stars if I could.

BEST STUFF EVER

THE BEST STUFF ON THE PLANET FOR POISON IVY OR ANY ITCHY BUG BITE!!!!! The scrub is by far the only Tecnu product I need and want. The scrub takes the itching away within 15 seconds- nothing else does what this stuff does. Can you tell I love it? Great stuff. When used religiously, it prevents attacks. I am very allergic to poison ivy, but with the help of Tecnu products I have a routine that works. I use this type mostly for a thorough wash in the shower for all over my body. I use the liquid for a quick wash and for clothes and tools. I use the scrub to really rid my body of the toxic oil.

This is the one that works

There are home remedys for poison ivy, this one works. Follow the directions, and for best results use the Tecnu spray (advertised on the purchase screen as an add-on). The spray will last a whole lot longer, it does not take much. The scrub removes the oil, the spray keeps it from spreading.

These Tecnu products are amazing! They keep even the toughest exposures to poison ivy/oak at bay and if you do happen to miss somewhere and get it anyway...it clears it up FAST. I buy Technu yearly since we are surrounded by poison ivy and oak in our woods. It's been a life saver!

As a preventative when I’m working around poison ivy.

I’ve been using techno for several years and I am a landscape. I tend to use this product As a preventative when I’m working around poison ivy. I wash up with this after I am out of the area where I was working and it tends to clear off any oil’s that may be brushed onto my hands. You should always wear long sleeve’s and pants while working in the Gardens because you never know where poison ivy could prop up.

Works great for cleaning off poison ivy oils!

I've got lots of poison ivy around my house - and this scrub is GREAT at cleaning off the poison ivy oils after I've been working in my yard. I almost never get poison ivy anymore since I've started using this after I've been working near it. At the most I get a few small patches, and it's my fault for not scrubbing well enough with the tecnu scrub

Nearly 24 hours of relief!!!!

I was tempted to be skeptical about this product, but with 3000+ reviews and a 4.5 rating, I had to give it a try. After spending two weeks of being driven crazy with poison ivy itch on my arm, hips, and legs, I purchased it and this stuff is magic. After taking a shower with it, I experienced nearly 24 hours of no itching. Cannot recommend it enough.

Highly recommended

This stuff worked wonders on a friend mine that got poison ivy real bad. I mean really, really bad. She's extremely allergic and her entire body had a horrible reaction. There were rashes all over her that were oozing puss... yeah, it was awful. We did also take her to the emergency room but they didn't do much except prescribe some medication. Over the next few days the meds ran out but she was still using this. It cleared her up completely. No scars or anything.
