I LOVE this product. I bought it 5 years ago with my first baby and never had a single stretch mark, my stomach was never itchy and it is not greasy at all. As soon as I found out I was expecting baby #2 I bought this honey butter right away and started using it. I am currently 5 months and have no stretch marks, my skin is soft, and it is not itchy at all. I usually apply it at night after I shower and when I wake up in the morning my skin is so soft and moisturized. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is expecting. I realize that stretch marks can be hereditary but I am a firm believer that this tummy butter makes a difference.

I started using Bella B Tummy Honey Butter when I was around 30 weeks pregnant (with twins). I previously used Palmers Tummy Butter, but couldn't find it in stores anymore. When looking for it online, I came across this and after reading all the positive reviews decided to give it a try. I was having a lot of problems with itching. I can honestly say it hasn't offered relief for me personally from that standpoint. I since have begun having problems with my entire body itching and can't seem to get much relief. I've tried many different topical products to no avail. My OB says it is due to hormones and since I am allergic to benadryl there really isn't anything that is safe for both me and the boys to try. So, I won't blame this product for not getting rid of the itch problem. Anyway, I slather this on very liberally every night. It is not "non-greasy". I wear a cotton camisole to bed each night so as not to make a mess of my sheets. It does seem to soak into my hands rather quickly, though. A tub will last me right at two weeks. The first two tubs I bought (in my first shipment) the texture was a bit gritty, but not in a rough, scratchy, irritating way. The third tub that I have begun using (different shipment) is not gritty, but rather very smooth. At 35 weeks pregnant now with just over 11 lbs of babies in me, my belly has really blossomed. I swear I'm bigger at lunchtime than I am when I get up in the morning. :-D I don't have a single stretch mark, at all, anywhere! I attribute it as much to this as anything.

So far I am almost in week 28 of pregnancy and have been using this product since week 8. I love it! I know that they say "If you are prone to stretch marks, nothing can stop them" well knowing that they run in my family and I have naturally very dry skin, I did not want to help them along. So far I have gained about 25 pounds and no marks with applying this once per day. I love it. If it is not preventing marks it is at least preventing all of the itching that I know comes with stretching skin. I haven't been itchy at all, so I know the moisture is getting deep into the skin. Just to give you an idea of how much you will need to order if you are planning to use this product I have applied it to my belly, butt, back and inner thighs since 8 weeks and have gone through almost 3 jars. I am planning to order 2 more and for that to last me to the end. So a total of 5 jars from 8 weeks to 40 weeks. Obviously going through it faster now that my belly is bigger. Also, I read in some of the reviews that the product consistency was different in some jars. That some had thicker granules and not as smooth. This happened to me as well but once you rub it through your hands and warm it up it gets smooth and melty, it is an organic product, so this makes sense. Don't let it stop you from ordering it totally wasnt a big deal AT ALL! And as far as it being greasy, yes it is a little greasy, vasaline like. But it does absorb into the skin very fast, I get dressed immediately after applying it and have never stained or ruined or left marks on ANY of my clothes. Yes, 16$ is a lot for a product but I would still recommend it to anyone because I know it works, it is a waste of money to buy lotions, you could apply multiple layers of lotion and not get the affects you get from this product! BUY it and see for yourself!! ***UPDATE**** I ended up carrying my baby girl to 41 weeks, gained a total of 40 lbs and she was over 9 lbs. I only got a couple not too visible stretch marks and I am pretty sure it is all thanks to this product! As I said before stretch marks run in my family so I would definitely attribute my lack of stretch marks to this product

I am 36 weeks and 1 day pregnant and I've been using Bella B Tummy Honey Butter since about 15 weeks. I'm on amazon to buy another tub of it b/c I don't want to risk running out before I deliver. I'm really paranoid about being able to wear a swim suit again (I'm only 25!) so I wanted something that WORKS. So far, the only stretch mark I've gotten this pregnancy is a tiny red mark on my belly button piercing, but like I read in another review--that skin was already compromised :) I like this product because it keeps me moisturized all day long. It is greasy and it will stain your clothes, but that's because it doesn't fully absorb into your skin. If you're wearing maternity jeans that go almost up to your armpits, though, it doesn't matter :) I originally bought a cocoa butter formula during my first trimester, but the smell was so offensive. Just last week I finally threw it away because all these months later, I still can't stand to smell it! I would definitely recommend this product. It's a little pricy, but so worth it.

Wife loves it, it does make her very greasy and sticky but she has had no stretch marks from this pregnancy despite being a tiny lady with a HUGE belly. Would recommend as long as you don't mind how greasy it makes you feel and how it sticks on you. Just be consistent and don't mind it and you will reap the rewards of no stretch marks on the tummy.

Best belly butter out there. I tried several different kinds and couldn't find any that I felt like kept my skin as hydrated as this one. I put it on after my shower at night before bed and I can still feel it throughout the next day. I used it my first pregnancy and am using now for my second. This time I started using it much earlier so I am going through more than the first time (about 1 per month starting around 18 weeks). I didn't get any stretch marks the first time and am hoping for the same results this time. So far, at 33 weeks, things are still good. I recommend this belly butter to EVERY pregnant friend I have!

I researched belly butters all through my first pregnancy & tried so many. Some smell bad, (cocoa butter smells gross to me) some last only an hour or so, some are just too expensive. I found this one and it was love. So much better than anything else! Smells sweet, clean and light. SUPER GREASY, but for me, that was perfect. It soaks in deep to the skin and lasts & lasts. I had severe itching and tight skin feelings across my belly, but with Bella B, I had complete relief. You put it on in the morning & it lasts all day, put it at night and it lasts all night! Yes, the inside of your clothes might get slick, but it washes out... (after my first pregnancy I put some of my maternity clothes away without washing them... when I pulled them out for my 2nd pregnancy a few years later I found the insides had a yellow/brown layer, but it mostly washed out... Most importantly- No stretch marks! 2nd pregnancy I thought "lets see whats new on the market" and I tried a bunch of other belly balms & butters again. Major let down, again. I went back to Bella B and was instantly reminded why. I'd had a horrible skin ripping feeling for weeks that was immediately soothed by Bella B.

This is the second bottle that I bought. I tried Burt Bee's and Earth Mama too, however those can't help with the itching belly. Bella B is more like a balm, it's thick but still easy to apply. It helps to calm my itching, and moisture my tummy. It maybe a little bit too heavy for first trimester and summer. But it is definitely a MUST have item for second trimester and winter! Updates: 34 weeks now... stretch marks all over belly... and i realized probably no magic cream in the world that can prevent those marks...

This is the best I’ve found since they stopped making Burt’s bees belly balm. Keeps me moisturized all day and I don’t have stretch marks yet. I will update if I get any. I was able to avoid them last time despite gaining 45 pounds so I’m really hoping this product works to keep them away again. Don’t believe the lie that it’s all about genetics. I really think you can avoid stretch marks if you keep on top of moisturizing. I apply every night and then sometimes again mid-day. Twice a day I think is best. And 4oz is a good amount for this as it spreads well and doesn’t take a ton to cover your whole stomach. I start using it about 3 months before my due date when I can feel my skin getting itchy and tight. Also, the smell is great! Not too strong and not a smell that would trigger nausea. My husband really loves the fragrance of it and so do I. I hated the smell of the honest brand belly balm, it’s super strong and a really unpleasant smell. This is much much better! I highly recommend getting it for when your milk comes in also! Avoid the breast stretch marks ;)

I'm a mother of two, 9 years apart, and used this tummy butter during my second pregnancy. The scent is fantastic. It felt great on my skin. It's oil based so I applied it each night after my shower to avoid it possibly sticking my clothing to my skin, which it didn't do if I allowed time between applying and dressing for bed. The oil base is what makes this product so fantastic, I believe. Its much more rich than a lotion or cream, which would absorb faster, and its moisturizing affect lasted much longer than any other product I used during my 1st pregnancy. I'm a rather skinny woman and my stomach grew tremendously yet I have zero stretch marks. I may be wrong but I hold this product responsible! I absolutely love love LOVE it! Definitely worth the $.
