Diaper rash be gone. This stuff works wonders as soon as any kind of redness appears, smear on a dollup, and next diaper change it's gone. This stuff also works wonders on blisters in adults. I walk a lot and often develop blisters on my feet. At the first sign of a blister I'll goop this on my foot, cover it in a sock (make it one you don't care about, because this stuff will ruin it) - and the next day the skin is soft and supple and the blister is gone. I would imagine runners may love it.

Boudreaux's butt paste is our go-to everyday diaper ointment and this tub is a great size to have at home. The flip top lid makes it nice and easy to scoop out the paste (even easier with a diaper bum brush!). It goes on smooth and our baby has never had a bad diaper rash. I did notice that it does have a slight smell compared to other diaper ointments, but it's not too noticeable or bothersome.

I use this every night on my diaper-wearing kids. My kids haven’t had any problems with diaper rash since we use Boudreaux’s as a preventative measure. The tub lasts a long time, too! I think we only went through 3-4 tubs when my son was in diapers, and I continued to use the butt paste on him when he wore diapers/pull ups at night during potty training (so 3.5 years of using it at least 1x day, usually more—especially during the first few months). I now use this on my daughter, and she hasn’t had any problems either. I like Boudreaux’s more than Desitin because it is easier to spread and clean up.

I like this butt paste a lot. It works on mild rashes right away, a little longer on bad rashes but I think that's to be expected from any cream. After giving birth I got some rashes down there myself from wearing pads all the time and I would apply this paste to myself and I can tell you it took any pain away like right away and healed the rash quickly. Highly recommend. I got the big can of paste and the one thing I don't like is now that I have used up some, it's harder to reach deep inside to get more so the smaller tubes would have probably been better for that. But oh well..I have used only like a quarter of the can in about a year so it lasts a while..

I wish I could find this size at the stores. They used to sell it. Now, all I can find is the small tubes. I have found no other rash cream that works but this. Even their new with aloe and extra strength, in the tubes, does not work like this stuff. This one is always in some type of yellow container that says original. Get past the color or it. Your babies and toddlers will thank you for never having to have rashes or ones that clear the same day quickly.

I’ll be honest, I had heard great things about this stuff before we had our son- but I figured it was all just hype around a trendy product with a cute name- I was sooo so wrong!! This stuff is the absolute best! My son had pretty persistent diaper rash as a newborn, and we finally figured out our perfect product duo that has completely wiped out the diaper rash! We haven’t seen a hint of it since we switched from Pampers to Huggies, and started using Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. We used the extra strength formula while he still had diaper rash, but have since been able to switch to the standard butt paste, which is great because it’s a little more economical. Both the standard and extra strength formulations are very thick and not too runny which is ideal (in my opinion) especially with a baby who loves to kick and squirm during diaper changes! The other great thing about this is the packaging- it has a flip top which makes it a great one-handed product. In messy diaper situations, the rest of you moms and dads out there can probably agree with me that this can be a critical component to containing the mess. Long story short, BUY THIS diaper cream. It is absolutely not just a trendy product; this company has clearly thought through each detail that makes it superior to its competitors- and I feel confident in saying this, having half-used tubes/containers of 5-6 other brands at least.

Purchased this for my elderly mom at the advise of an RN. Prior to, I was using oil or zinc oxide white creams & boy were they yucky. I didn't like the greasy, moist stuff- I felt moist skin there could lend itself to breakouts or infections. The zinc based creams were good but messy & hard to wash off. This product is amazing! Goes on smooth, easy to wash off and dries well. I put it all over the buttocks area & have been able to avoid her getting bed sores, pimples or rashes. It has no noxious smell & is also moisturizing w/o all the greatness. This is the only product I would ever use on a baby or the elderly.

I learned about this product many years ago on the Oprah show. I believe it was created for babies with diaper rash but I have used it for a lot of things. Most recently I had a bacterial rash that I could not get rid of and I used it and it took it away like nothing prescribed could.

Love love love this product. My daughter has very sensitive new born skin and no matter how quick and often we changed her, she developed a diaper rash on her bottom with skin breakdown. Very red and raw. Tried the hospital's aquaphore and another product specific for diaper rash without great results. Bought this and within a few days her bottom healed and has kept her skin rash free for the 2 months since we started using this on her. I highly highly recommend this as a protectant or to heal a baby's bottom.

If you go into the your normal stores: Kroger, Meijer, Target, etc, you will find this is incredibly expensive vs how much you’re getting! A tiny tube is $5 at meijer and a larger tube runs about $8! We were desperate to find a cheaper solution and long behold this good sized and priced tube is on Amazon! My daughter is the master to diaper rashes! She’s just a sensitive baby with sensitive skin! Our pediatrician recommended this and we are so glad we listened.. it works like a charm and she has no adverse reactions to it (thankfully)! She was sensitive to Babyganics, Destin, and Aquaphor didn’t prevent any rashes! This is your go to for a baby that’s in the dojo of diaper rashes!
