PLEASE READ!
I saw soooo many negative reviews for this product and I want to clarify! The reason sooo many people had burn marks is because they were using the wax strips incorrectly! 1. Make sure you’re wearing gloves! Or if you don’t have gloves, make sure your hands are throughly cleaned (you don’t want bacteria to get into the open pores and cause bumps) 2. Make sure the wax is warm (I found that sitting them over a glass of hot water worked fine for me) 3. BABY POWDER! On the area you’re waxing, this way the wax does not stick to your skin but just the hair 4. Make sure your surface is cleaned, I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad to clean my surface. Your face has bacteria on it, not cleaning the surface will allow bacteria to enter into your skin and cause bumps! 5. Apply wax strip to the area you’re removing hair from and pull fast in the opposite direction the hair Is growing. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE STRIP HAS BEEN PULL APPLY PRESSURE TO THIS AREA FOR 3 seconds, this help prevent irritation 6. Left over hair? Do not use a new wax strip, fold the used wax strip in half along the sticky side and use the back of the strip to do small quick wax’s in a peeling potion NOT A PULLING MOTION. The hair already has wax on it so it’s ready to stick to the back of the wax strip. 7. DO NOT REWAX! This is what cause the burns because your skin is now sensitive. If there is a lot of hair left then start over from step one! Do not apply new wax strip because it will stick to your skin and cause burns. IN THE CASE OF HAIR LEFT BEHIND you should tweeze those hairs, you don’t want to damage your skin. 8. After your area is cleared of hair and wax (again rubbing or the finishing oil on a cotton pad will be your finishing solution to remove wax) apply some finipil!! This can be purchased on amazon as well but highly recommended to buy at Walmart or your local spa. Finipil is a cream that is used after waxes that help prevent ingrowns and bumps it help fight off bacteria from getting into your open pores. STOP LETTING BAD REVIEWS DICTATE YOUR PURCHASES - these are not professionals and they did not know what they were doing!

The best wax strips of the many brands I’ve tried.
I’ve been buying these for years. They are the most effective brand of wax strips I’ve found, and far better than any of the many wax alternatives I’ve tried - “sugar” strips, etc. I’ve found they work even better when warmed up a bit. I usually set them across the rim of a cup hot water for a few minutes and they’ll warm up quickly as the warm air moves over them. CAUTION: These work great anywhere on your face, but ONLY IF you take the precaution of dusting the area first with baby powder or even corn starch, which I read online and found myself works the best. It will help to prevent the wax from adhering to the skin and keep it adhered only to the hair.

Good! worked well.
It works well for facial hair removal. Some tips: Warmed the wax as per instruction. Hold the skin area to be firm. Applied cut strip gently on the skin as if you are applying screenprotector on phone. No movement. no air gap. Then hold it for 30 secs. Then, removed it swiftly with one hand while the other hand is still holding your skin firm. The result is perfect. Just apply olive oil/aloe cream to sooth your skin after the treatment and you are all set for months. The hair grown back are not coarse or stronger either.

Highly recommend
This is the perfect upper lip solution!! I use a hair dryer to warm mine, hold it on the sink with one hand and aim the hot air down for about 20 seconds, then peel and apply on upper lip. Warmed, easy application, and easy to pull off hair.

Best for facial hair problem
With all the hormone issues i had lots of facial hair i tried shaving it with a razor and got severe razor burns....spent so much of my money on dermaplaning and then threading occasionally but nothing helped....i had this waxing in my mind for a long time just tried this....yes i had those red rashes and it was kind of itchy but the skin became clear and flawless(my husband kept pulling the same areas again and again to make it perfect so i got rashes otherwise it was fine)...after wax i just applied aloevera gel to calm down the skin....it got better. So iam just going to restock this to get rid of my facial hair...Simple and inexpensive👍

Best at home wax around
These wax strips are the only ones I will ever buy again. I use it for above my lip, chin, neck etc. You have to follow a few instructions to make these really work. 1. Wash your face with something that soaks up oil like Dial Soap. 2. Pat face dry and apply a small layer of cornstarch baby powder where you intend to remove hair. 3. Take one of the 2 sided wax strips and put them into your closed hands and rub it to warm the wax up a bit. 4. Apply 1 side of the wax strip over needed area and press down with fingers. 5. Pull the wax strips in the opposite direction of hair growth. 6. When you're finished, DO NOT use the Azulene oil they come with. You will break out like crazy. Use a small bit of all natural ale vera gel where you have waxed to soothe your skin and fight irritation. Voila. Ever damn hair is gone and with very little pain or irritation. I use it anywhere on my face even though I do not have thick, dark, or even very visible hair. I just don't like any hair on my face and makeup applies so much better with a smooth area.

These DO work on the face if done correctly...
These DO work if you use them properly. I used these for the area above my lip and under my chin. Wash and dry the area before applying. Remember, press the strips down in the direction the hair grows, and quickly yank them off in the opposite direction of hair growth. While yanking, pull as close and as level to the skin as possible. Do not just yank the strips by pulling upwards, because THAT is why some of you are scabbing/burning your skin. If you do this the right way, you will avoid that. For above the lip area under your nose, just cut the strips into much smaller pieces. In fact, if you're using this product for the first time, start by cutting the strips into much smaller pieces just to see how your skin reacts to it. This also comes with a small bottle of oil to apply to the waxed area, which I recommend you do. Sure, there might be a few pimply bumps for a few days after waxing, that is normal. Can't really be avoided. Apply an ice cube to the waxed area for a minute or two before applying the oil.

Best value for money
I would say this is the best value for money of all services or products I have ever bought or done. I ve been doing waxing for 16 years. Couple years ago I switched to sugaring because now I have less hair and it’s less painful. I am very picky and familiar with the process and it’s hard for me to find a great esthetician for a reasonable price. Due the situation and closed businesses I tried shaving once- irritated my sensitive skin and gave ingrowns. So I was looking for something Ready-to-use at home not too expensive. My friend told me she tried these stripes and was crazy about them! She removed hair easily from underarms and face with one kit! despite many negative reviews I decided, common it’s only 5$, let’s try it. When the package came I immediately used the kit. I was literally shocked how easy and quickly it removes hair from underarms and bikini! Three minutes or less it took me to remove pubic hair and I have very sensitive skin! It burnt a little and I had more irritation than I usually have after esthetician’s. Anyway it was my first time and next time I ll be more patient and careful. I would recommend anyone to read the instructions first. They are easy to follow. Carry out a test on a small area. Apply the strip in the direction of hair growth, pull skin taut and quickly pull strip off in the opposite direction to remove hair. Put on azulen oil. I would advise carefully soap wash the designated area before waxing, dry it thoroughly, use baby powder and after waxing use azulen oil, bepanthen or something antibacterial if you got blood and not wash or expose treated area to the sun at least 24 hours. The most difficult part for me was to find the direction of hair growing so I had to take a mirror and study direction hair growth carefully before applying a strip. This helped a lot. And yes Azulen oil does clean all the wax and calm the skin. If you are not comfortable using long stripes cut it shorter.

Works perfectly and super easy as long as you do it right.
This worked very well for me, but I do understand that some people do not have the same results. I waxed after my birthday pictures, and I had left my foundation on. The foundation sort of protected my skin and only stuck to the hairs. I'm not saying you have to put on a bunch of makeup before you wax, but use something like cornstarch or baby powder to protect your skin from the wax. Also, I would definitely not recommend using a hairdryer or anything artificial to heat the strips up. All you need is to rub them between your hands about 5 or 6 times, peel the wrappings apart and use! I definitely recommend this. It was not very painful and not irritant at all.

It WORKS!!!
These strips have saved me so much time and money. I had seen the little chin hairs on much older women. Was I surprised when I had my own in my forties! I used to get it done every two weeks at my nail shop for about $20. Now, every weekend I sit down in my bathroom for a “clean shave!” Remember to use the little bottle of liquid in the box. The sticky won’t come off without it!
