Not a big review writer, but sometimes I get something that rocks so much that I like to let other people know about it. The stuff works wonders. I left it on quite a bit longer ( about 9 minutes total ) on each eyebrow, mainly because I wanted some of my skin to get tinted as well. I left it on for 3 minutes the first time, and then wiped it off and reapplied it 2 times more. I have pretty thick eyebrows but this summer has made them a lot blonder, and this seriously worked wonders. I highly recommend using eyebrow shaper if you want that sculpted outcome, freehand is risky. I did both brows separate and when I wiped off the color I didn't use any water, just a cotton ball. That way it will allow the color to set a bit more before washing. Hopefully this last a while because I am super happy with the results.

I haven't had to touch my brow pomade in over two weeks. That's unheard of for my browless-wonder self. I've used 1/20 of the product, this kit will last me the whole year easily. Tips: 1) Clean brows with rubbing alcohol prior to use. 2) Apply tail first on both brows and work your way in, alternating sides. This gives a more ombre look, especially for where your eyebrows meet. 3) I left mine on for 6 minutes, as per watching about a dozen videos for ladies who have used this product for years. It was on my tails for the full 6, and the inner corners for about three total.

I have been using this product for about 6 months now and am very happy with the results. I have dark blonde hair and ordered the medium brown kit, and the results are very natural looking. I once read somewhere that blondes should use two shades darker than hair color and brunettes use two shades lighter. I'm not sure if this is still valid, but I followed it and it worked. The tint lasts completely for about two weeks, but it obviously looks best/most saturated immediately after application. It will dye your skin, and that part will last for a few days as well. I follow the directions on the packaging, although they are a bit vague, so to elaborate: -Have a bunch of q-tips, one wet and one dry paper towel or washcloth (you don't mind staining) nearby your "station" -When mixing the powder with the developer, I first dump the contents of one capsule into the mixing bowl. Then squeeze enough developer over the powder so it is completely covered in a thin layer. Mix with the brush so the resulting cream is consistently colored with few to no brown specs of powder remaining. If your mixture is still very speckled, add a bit more developer cream. All of the cream should turn uniformly brown, so if yours looks like cookies n cream, you may need to adjust. Once mixed, I let it sit for a minute or two to ensure the developer is activated. -I have densely packed eyebrow hair, so for the first application I run the brush against the direction of hair growth to get in between the cracks and at the base of the brow hairs. Once it's packed in, I'll brush in the direction of the hair grown as if I were filling in my brows. -Your first few applications, wipe off with the wet paper towel after about a minute to see how much pigment your skin/hair picks up and to evaluate for any skin sensitivity. I have very sensitive skin, and do not notice irritation unless I left the product on for longer than 3 minutes (irritation meaning a slight burning sensation). -I typically apply 3-4 coats on each eyebrow, cleaning up the edges along the way with a q-tip. It works best to press the q-tip along the edges of your brow bone to follow the natural curve of your brows. -I've never used up entire capsule/developer batch of the tint in one sitting, so don't worry about running out or applying too many coats. It's always easier to add more than to try to take away (although it does fade pretty quickly and could probably be scrubbed off with dish soap). I've been applying every 1-2 weeks or so, and it's really cut down on the amount of time and product I spend on my brows every day. I still need to fill in the tails as mine are pretty sparse and the tint usually fades from my skin relatively soon after the application.

To start, I am a licensed cosmetologist. I have been for 11 years. I have had my brows tinted in the salon by the skin care girl before years ago. It’s a great subtle change. But I didn’t keep up with it because I left that salon. So when I saw this I had to try it. I seareched through all of the options on amazon and looked at reviews and settled on this brand. It was easy to mix and apply and I’m glad they give you a little brush, it helps so much when applying. My biggest tip is to apply the color in a way you would shape the brow, don’t slap it on. The neater you can be the better results. I left on about 3 to 4 mins and it came out pretty dark, almost black. But it says that on the box, so if you want a lighter result leave it on for less time. And I love that their is 20 applications worth!

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED I purchased a godefroy eyebrow tint a couple of years ago and the color didn't seem to last. Maybe they have changed the formula because I used this a week ago and have not had to reapply yet. I have a lot of gray hairs in my eyebrows which are very difficult to cover. I left the product ton longer than it says and voila, no gray hair. I get up every morning expecting to see the gray hairs but not so far. What I did not do is read the instructions or some other reviews and I did not apply vaseline around the eye area to keep the dye from going above and below the brow so I did have some discoloration but I used some oil and a good cloth and was able to rub the excess dye off. I did look like Groucho Marx for a couple of hours. I did persist however and finally it all came off. Your natural oils in your skin will solve the problem after a day or two and now I am left with great looking natural eyebrows with no gray hair

Awesome tinting kit. I’m blonde and I’ve spent $20-$30 per salon visit to tint my eyebrows for years. Using this kit is a fraction of the price, due to how many capsules of color you get in one kit. This tints (imparts color) just as well as the salon - if not better. I like the color better than the color my salon had, though I realize this is just a personal preference. It lasts just as long as the salon tinting did too (fades after 2-3 weeks, depending on how much time I spend in the sun). I also take more time to carefully apply it exactly as I want, unlike at the salon where it will vary a bit depending on who is applying it. Maybe I’m just a control freak, but I prefer this over the salon. The cost savings is also fantastic too. I like to go pretty dark, so I apply it for about 2 min, remove it, then apply a second layer for about 1.5 min. It has turned out perfectly each time, and I’ve been using this for 3 rounds of tinting now. I hope my review helps. I did not receive the product for free or discounted for a review - I’m just an average person who tried it and really liked it.

I have always had brows lighter than my hair. Now as I get older, I notice that darker brows make your face look younger. As I'm not a big makeup person and I've noticed that one can usually tell who uses brow pencil by its slightly unnatural look I love that this product absolutely looks natural and un-made up, Super bonus is that it lasts about a month. I know the product says it lasts 6 weeks, and my brows are still darker than without at 4 weeks, but I want them even darker (as if I had used brow pencil) so I color every month. Application tip: use a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol to remove the slight skin tint remaining after washing off the dye.

I have been wanting to try microblading for so long because I felt like my eyebrows were so dull and thin. This product is amazing! I feel like my brows look fuller and I won't have to go crazy with brow liner anymore! It took 2 minutes to dye and almost no time at all to get the product ready to apply. The whole process took less than ten minutes! It comes with so much product you'll be set for months. The actual dye comes in capsules.

Years ago I plucked my brows incredibly thin when that was the in thing to do. Now every day I have to put my eyebroes on to avoid looking like a zombie. I have a Youngblood brow kit at home and also in my purse because I’m deathly afraid of being seen without my brows. I tried this product with low expectations. But wow, I didn’t even realize I still have some eyebrows! It tinted the hair, and although it’s a thin line, I HAVE EYEBROWS! I can swim without embarrassment. I have even gone grocery shopping without putting on my beloved brows! This is the real deal, folks! The tint lasts around three weeks before I reapply. But I don’t mind, since it’s very easy and takes a couple of minutes. It did not tint my skin as others have stated. I wish it did, because I still apply my brow makeup over this. I have auburn hair and wished this came in a red shade. But the light brown works just fine with my hair color. I only use a small portion of the capsule, since it’s only for my brows. This stuff will last forever. I did understand this is not recommended for eyebrows. But I didn’t smear it in my eyes, so I’m all set. I probably should have tested it in my hand to see if I have a reaction (as other similar products reconnend), but I didn’t. It was just fine. Bottom line: buy this. You won’t be sorry you did.

Fantastic! My eyebrows match my hair color for the first time in my life. My brows fade to a lighter color toward the outside of my eye, and it's worse in the summer as the sun fades them, so decided to give this a go. Extremely easy to use. I didn't have Vaseline to outline my brows (recommended so it only stains where you want it to). I used a natural chapstick I had instead, and applied with a synthetic eyeshadow brush. Once I applied the tint which took about 60 seconds, I set a timer for 2 minutes and removed. Turned out perfect for what I wanted.
