Well it's electrical tape what do you want me to say? It's sticky. It's used for electrical taping situations. It does it well. I taped my Christmas light cords to keep moisture out since we live in the tundra and it snows 9 months of the year. Hopefully when I dig them out come spring the tape will be in tact. So far nothing has gotten wet and caught fire. Always a bonus.

I love it as much as a person can love electrical tape without getting weird about it. Not that I'm one to judge or anything. If you want to get weird about it go right ahead. You do you. Meanwhile, I'll be over here using mine to hopefully stop my iPod cable from setting my house on fire.

Our white vinyl fence got some damage during Hurricane Sandy, and the style fence we have is no longer available. I was able to repair the pickets with some glue and clamps, but there was a large split in the lower horizontal rail that was quite unsightly. I used this white Duck Brand electrical tape (and some of the same brand white duct tape) to patch it up. It does a great job of making the damage unnoticable and also will hold the fence section very well structurally. It was great for getting some protection and support around the smaller cracked areas. Electrical tape is a must have item around the home, and I like having a roll of white in addition to the usual black. Also makes great ad-hoc labels - small piece of white tape and a sharpie!

My household is a mass consumer of products from a certain electronics company with fruit for their logo. This company is well known for having very expensive components; a replacement charger for a phone or laptop may cost up to $80. I found out the hard way that our new kitten really enjoys chewing on these expensive parts... fortunately, the kitten did not electrocute herself, and I caught her before she completely chewed through any cords. If you have own any i-products or macbooks, you would be wise to keep a roll of this stuff on hand. You can quickly repair any cord for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. The white color blends right in and the fix should last for years (probably longer than the lifespan of the computer). You can't go wrong with Duck brand tape, and the roll comes in a nice little plastic container so you can store it in a drawer and forget about it until you need it. The container keeps it from getting dirty and a roll should last for a long time. This is a no-brainer investment for quick and easy repairs for your power cables. As a bonus, you can also you this when traveling abroad to fasten your chargers to international adapters. Yet another reason to throw this in your bag or backpack if you are traveling with electronics.

Yeah! In an unexpected use, I grabbed this tape. What a sight for sore eyes. There are some switches in my bedroom that put off an intense green light in my bedroom. Maybe the manufacturers think it's a nice way to find the switch in the dark (or to act light a slight night light). I could see the lights through my eyelids and it was getting in the way of my sleep. Then the electrical tape enters the scene. Now I can sleep. And the patch of tape is virtually invisible (unless you know you're looking for it). So it doesn't even appear like a janky patch.

I got this to fix my MacBook Pro charger where the wire had frayed and it worked perfectly! I am so glad that I spent the $5 on this tape verses the $80 it would have cost to buy a new charger. This is definitely something I would reccomend.

I bought this to cover a slight gap between two dry-erase panels in my van. True to the Duck name, it's done the job very well, and at a fraction of the cost of other materials. I had to reposition it a couple of times before getting the into position. Despite that, the tape is holding through my New Mexico road trip. The plastic case protects it well in my roadside kit and the lid stays secured. After vacation, I'm planning a couple of craft projects with dry erase board and will use this to protect the edges.

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE "Duck Brand 300877 Professional Grade Electrical Tape, 3/4-Inch by 66 Feet, Single Roll, White" and Black Tape works excellently. I have had no problems using it to repair frayed wires or protect computer internals. This tape works perfectly, there is no residue, and is flame retardant. As stated before, I have had no issues using this tape to fix frayed wires, more specifically on charger wires. One major problem I have encountered with other electrical tapes is that some of them have this nasty residue that they leave behind whoever you stick them. With this tape, you don't experience anything like that. A great bonus about this tape is that it's flame retardant. If I happen to mess up on something electrical I can rest assured that my house won't burn down in the middle of the night while I am sleeping. There is one thing that I think other people should know about, and that is something along the lines of that this tape is produced with poly-vinyl meaning that it may contain traces of lead it in. I would limit skin to tape contact with this product. There is not anything that comes to mind that I would change about this product.

I run a small computer repair store and only leave reviews on the things I feel meet expectations. I am giving this item a 5 star because It works great with no problems. We probably spend over $50,000 a year on Amazon for our business, so finding the right parts in a timely matter at an affordable price so I can make some profit is key. We rely on Amazon to keep us in stock with parts.

This electrical tape is thick, sticky, and easy to remove/adjust. It stays where you put it. The adhesive doesn't get all goopy over time. It does not leave a sticky residue. It's a large roll for a good price. I will be purchasing this again when I run out.
