I bought this after reviewing acrylic painting techniques where using water to make the washes is not recommended, because the acrylic binder (medium used) should not be very diluted with the water which seems to prevent appropriate chemical concentration of the plastic molecules to be able to produce a durable polymer. Summary: too diluted in water will not be good for your paintings. Use these instead and i did. WOW... I just started a new sketch and this really makes the brush "dance in the linen canvas" and it is much nicer than diluting with water.

I was very pleased with the use of Floetrol as the medium in my acrylic pour painting. I had previously used glue and the floetrol was much easier to use and an improvement in quality. Very pleased with the outcome and will continue to use this from now on.

I use this as a paint pouring medium for fine art productions and it’s SO AMAZING. Not only does it work better than paint pouring mediums but it’s way way cheaper than products geared toward fine arts. *the only think I’d be aware of, if you’re using it for fine art productions, you might want to rubberband some mesh or nylon around the opening before you pour it. There are strings sometimes that form in the liquid and there’s nothing sadder than pouring a really beautiful design only to have a string of this stuff plop right down in the middle.

I used this for acrylic pour. I am new at this and was a little worried I would just make a big mess and waste a lot of product. I LOVE it! My family is fight over my work! I can't wait to do more.

My favorite additive to thin paints for my fluid pours.

Great product, received on time and was also contacted by the seller afterwards to make sure I was happy with the product! Will definitely order again!! P.S. I wanted to add that, you should also offer larger containers of this product. I'm not gonna name which home improvement store carries it, but the gallon size is under $15, and I use this stuff like mad in my abstract art. Personally I think it is better then the GAC 800, for flow.

I'd never heard of this product until a friend introduced me to it through her acrylic flow painting creations. With a 1:1 ratio (Floetrol additive to acrylic paint) you get a great base for acrylic pours. Floetrol has a mild odor and should be used in areas with some ventilation. Its creamy white texture pours best at temperatures of 70+ degrees and the bottle should be shaken for 1-2 minutes prior to use. I'm pleased with this product for my uses and the best prices I've found have been in local stores for larger sizes. This product will help thin out acrylic paints and would also work well to extend paint-primer single coverage wall paints.

Works like a charm for Acrylic Fluid art. Love it!
