I love this snack

I love this snack. As a professional nanny I'm very careful what I pack in my lunch or offer to share with the children I care for. Both my nanny families either already purchase Pirate's Booty or are fine with me offering it to their children. All the yummy crunchy snack taste without the guilt!

Great tasting, heathy snack

Bought these to bring to the office in my lunch. They taste great and good portion size. I could eat more of them since they taste so good but I find myself satisfied with the .5 serving and don't feel cheated at all. I attached a photo of the contents of the .5 oz size bag dumped onto a napkin with a pen for size reference. I will continue to buy these as they are a healthy snack that tastes great. Fantastic snack but go stale quickly

These are great, they taste like cheetos puffs crossed with white cheese. They are one of my favorite snacks. My only complaint is that they go stale REALLY fast. If you leave the bag open for even a few hours, some of the ones on the top will become stale. It doesn't help that the packaging tears along the middle-top instead of on the very top when trying to open it like a bag of chips, which can make it hard to prevent them being exposed to air. I would highly recommend this product, but in small bags such as the 1 oz bags Amazon carries, so they can be fully enjoyed at your own pace.

Great value for a great snack!

I stumbled upon Pirates Booty accidentally at Target when looking for a snack for work. I was looking for white cheddar popcorn and picked this up by mistake, and then fell in love!! I prefer this snack so much more over popcorn because it's not crumbly and the kernels don't get stuck in your teeth. The 1 oz bags are enough to satisfy my craving for something crunchy and I don't have to feel guilty about it because it's pretty healthy!! I've seen others have problems when buying snacks like this in bulk and getting bags that are close to expiring. I bought my box of 24 in July and the expiration date on them is for December so no worries on that!

Perfect portion size for little pirates

What is not to love about Pirate's Booty? It's cheesy and delicious. It is one of the first foods we used for snacks for toddlers and beginning eaters because while it is similar to cheese popcorn, it dissolves easily when chewed, making it much less of a choking hazard. At the store, generally you can only find really large bags of this though and we could never finish one before the bag got stale. While the half ounce bags are not the most cost effective, I would much rather pay a little more and be certain we will consume 100% of the product versus throwing half a bag away every time. The amount in these bags is more than adequate for a single serving, especially for a child--great alternative to chips for school lunches! And at only 65 calories per bag, you can enjoy one too! Bags are the size of the type you would typically buy for school lunches and have always arrived in great condition. Amazon typically puts the PB box inside of another one for shipping, but even occasionally when they have simply arrived in the manufacturer's box (which is quite sturdy) we have never had any damaged product, and we have been ordering these for years.

Booty Booty Booty Booty Rocking Everywhere

This stuff is amazing. I wish it was around when I was a kid, but alas I was stuck with cheetos and the mess they left on your hands. Not Booty, it's a light snack and is minimal mess. It's not quite "healthy" but I still feel better giving this to our toddler, who loves it, and know that even if it does wind up all over the house it's not to hard to clean. The bag is easily closable with the built in zipper (at least mine was, it's not in the picture). Easy to toss a few onto a plate with a sandwich or grab a handful on the go.

bang for your buck

I ordered a case (pack of 24) of the pirates booty aged white cheddar never having tried them but i've heard good things. I was expecting more of a popcorn texture but i think it more closely resembles a less dense cheeto. They're really good you definitely get the white cheddar flavor in each bite and there are quite a few of those things in the 1 oz bag. I like that you don't just get 10-15 like most 100 calorie (ish) snacks. I did not find them to be as filling as i had anticipated but it does satisfy your craving for a crunchy snack. I had been on a snyders 100 cal pretzel binge lately and i think i'll alternate between the pretzels & pirates booty. I would love to see the price per unit go down as these are nearly four times more expensive than my pretzel snacks. I doubt they are having a hard time moving product anyway but i think lowering the price a little would make me buy them much more often. Overall GREAT tasting snack and i would highly recommend.

Perfect for gluten free eaters!

Ordered for my brother, who is gluten intolerant, as a birthday present. The package arrived swiftly and without any issues at all. He LOVES this product. The melt-in-your-mouth goodness is quite hard to deny. I even find myself in the dangerzone with finishing the larger bags if I start eating one by myself. These smaller sized ones are perfect for snacking---and since they are a smaller portion size, I doubt he will go through them as quickly. Ingredients are as follows: corn meal, rice, contains one or more of the following: sunflower oil, expeller pressed canola oil or corn oil, aged cheddar cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, whey and buttermilk), black pepper. Would order again!!

Addicting!

Everyone loves these! When I first opened up a bag and tasted one, I was sort of disappointed. I thought I was going to have this big burst of cheesy flavor right off the bat. But, as the other reviews stated, the more you eat, the cheesier they get! By the 3rd one, I could taste the flavor coming thru, then by the 6th pieces, oh yeahhhh. They are small bags, as my Husband stated, and then said " Wow, this is just enough to eat, more would be too much" I told him " Another Reviewer said that! My 13 yr old Grandson, gave me a thumbs up and said "These Rock!"

Best Snack food in the World! You’ll Never Regret buying it!!

I’ve been buying this for years, it’s really the best, I feel in snack foods... I had to stop purchasing it on this site because the price became way-way too high, and I started getting some stale bags... If the price now stays in tact, I’ll be back on the Pirate Booty love and buy list, as I think Pirates Booty is great all the way around, taste, calories low, good for everyone wanting to even stay thin... Can’t be beat! Thank you Amazon Prime for bringing it back to us at a much more affordable price!! Love you both!
