Great product. Work perfect. Great price.

I cloth diaper and this told me everything I need to know about the water harmess! I'm so thankful for this since it told me I have very soft water when I thought I had very hard water since I live in a state known for hard water! No more borax and calgon. I stripped all my cloth diapers and wow! The stink is pretty much one! I love how many it comes with so if I ever move again or my friends come then I dont need to worry! Yes!!! I paid for this product.

Really happy I purchased these ... after learning via PetSmart that our tap water was super low pH due to a shallow well which apparently killed our betta fish after 7 days. I got these to test our water with conditioner (yes, I was too lazy to take another sample to the store and I'm pretty sure they use these same strips). I also wanted to test our bottled spring water, which is what I use for our new fish (no added conditioner on my part). I learned with these sticks that our tap water, with or without added conditioner, is very low pH and our jug of spring water is perfect. Our fish is still alive (and very active) so I'm thinking these testers are very accurate. I may never need 20 of these but for $6 I'm glad I have them ... if we move, get a saltwater tank etc. Overview-you take a strip, swirl it twice in the water, don't shake off and wait 30 seconds (I found waiting a bit longer was more accurate). The color is a little off if you look 5 minutes later so don't wait too long). Done. Easy and accurate.

These are so easy, and helpful for periodic, quick maintenance checks. I also have the testing solution kit I use when things seem off, or I need to be watching closer. So, far every time I compare the two they seem to be dead on. So in my experience I have found them to be accurate as well, I just don't fully rely on them because of all the other statements I've read - saying they are not trustworthy. I'm very happy with these, they make my life easier.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!! NEVER buy the one that comes with only 4 test strips! It's waaaayyy toooo overpriced! Always buy this one. It's cheap and it comes with 25 test strips that measure for Kh, Gh, Ph, Nitrite, and Nitrate (sorry no Ammonia). 5 stars!

I picked these up for my 20 gallon tank to keep an eye on how things are running. I also moved to Purigen filtration a while back, and was curious to see how the water looked with the product. The strips seemed to work as all the information said. I followed the directions carefully, and things were looking good. And the quantity received for the price is nice. I tend to test around the time of water changes, so I'll be coming back to pick up more when I run out. Very happy.

These work great and are a must have if you start a new tank. This way you do not have to keep bringing in water samples to the pet store. Also, you can monitor things and fix issues before they become large

These strips work well, and fast. I get the same reading as the pet store does when I bring in a water sample. They saved the day when our new-ish aquarium cycled, and the nitrate levels got off. Nice to have on hand when your fish start behaving oddly, so you can do a quick water check.

When establishing a new tank I went through many pitfalls and lost fish, in the process of cycling my tank, these tests assured me when it was ready and are the same ones the pet stores use to test your water if you bring in a sample. Super helpful and a wise investment for those with aquariums.

These are good for keeping an eye on your tank quality but I found they were going really quickly.. I saw another aquarist cut them in half and now they are much more economical.
