Take more scoops than one day and night and mix with oats and protein. Gained 30 lbs in one month. Weight training and cardio of course

I like the container better. However, the product is excellent I use it when I workout.

The BEST

Dissolves very easy and smooth (blender suggested, low pulse). I've been combining this with unflavored protein powder ( Six Star Pro Nutrition Elite Series Whey Protein Powder, Unflavored, 2lb (Packaging may vary) ) and Choco Milk mix, plus sometimes peanut butter, bananas, and/or strawberries. With half almond milk and half water, these have been the smoothest weight gainer shakes I've ever consumed. Not too thick, no weird mix flavor at all, and packed with carbs/protein/vitamins. Saving SO much money!

Good workout fuel

I use this during workouts to stimulate extra growth and minimize the low blood sugar I get otherwise. I used dextrose for a while, but this works as well during the workout and postpones the crash longer.

Works like a charm at adding extra carbs for a workout or throughout the day when I'm running low on energy, I don't drink coffee.

Light sweet sugar like flavor. Easy to mix.

Great value for maltodextrin. While it is unflavored, maltodextrin has a very slight sweetness. No bitterness. Mixes well with my protein shakes in water or milk. And doesn't negatively affect flavors. I can tell a difference in my workouts now that I have added this to my pre/intra workout shake. I also add some to my post workout shake.

Works for Me!

Been adding 60+g of Maltodextrin to my post-workout protien shake for the last year with stellar results. 12 lbs at a comperable price to a 10lb tub? Yes, please. Awesome product!

This stuff taste and mixes great!

I love this product! I use it in the morning when I first wake up and after my workouts. The way I mix it is 1/2 cup of carbo gain, 8 ounces of milk, and my protein (+ creatine after my workouts) (I am sure it would taste fine with water as well!) and I am set . I have bought multiple bags of carbo gain and they have been perfect quality every time. 60g carbs for 1/2 cup....yes please!

This Product does what it claims to do however be ...

This Product does what it claims to do however be sure your still eating enough on a daily basis. I personally mix 4 batches a day and add flavors to them with every meal. Since I started late December I've gone from 170 to 185 today, my only issue is that for whatever reason its gone up in price from $30 to $42 and for that reason I might have to buy it elsewhere now, id give it 4 stars for that but can't because the product works.
