Yum...
Love this pizza, but have trouble with portion size. I could almost eat the whole thing. Very tasty and satisfying.

Great pizza!
Great pizza! Added a little fresh Parmesan cheese after baking it. The pizza is already pre-baked so 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees is all that is needed. It's 10" in diameter so perfect for a single hungry person or for 2 to share. If you want a crispy crust do not put it on a cookie sheet. I used an aluminum pizza screen and it came out perfect.

So delicious! The flavor and texture are so perfect! The only thing I don't like about these Amy's pizzas is that a little bit of fluid collects in the center as it cooks... looks like ice that just melts as it cooks, maybe? I just use a paper towel to absorb it about halfway through cooking and it turns out fine. It's good enough to get five starts, even with that extra step.
