What can I say? Miracle Grow is the best product.

Miracle Grow had been scarce here because "it is not the growing season". I finally looked on Amazon and there it is. My plants thank you and I thank you. For not a growing season, our plants are blooming really nice. Of course we don't live in snow country. We live in Arizona were things grow all year.

Comes with fertilizer in it

Works as expected, bought this to replace an old one that was malfunctioning. It comes with fertilizer already in it, which I found to be a bit annoying because I intended to use a different product (MirAcid).

Works Perfectly

The Miracle-Gro 100410 Garden Feeder, Ready-to-Use I got works perfectly. The very first time I used it it worked as it was supposed to with NO problems at all. I followed the directions and making sure to remove the plastic inside the top by turning the cap off where the water will fill up inside the canister with the food. As the garden hose started filling inside the canister I shook it some to help dissolve the crystals. It sprayed on quickly. I sprayed one section of lawn at a time enough to make water puddles in each. Dispenser has a locked position to spray without needing to hold spray handle manually that really was nice because my hand was getting tired before I noticed that it did this. Refilling it was very simple using the Miracle Grow Lawn feed, it has 4 refill packets that covers 4000 sq ft. To refill grasp apart top end of a packet carefully a quarter of the way so it pours out easily into dispenser, screw top back on tightly and attach your garden watering hose, turn on water, grasp sprayer handle, pressing it to fill container with water as you spray and feed your lawn. It took me about half an hour to do my large backyard lawn. I'll write my review on how green my lawns got using 'Miracle Grow for Lawns' in a week or two. The Miracle Grow Garden Feeder works perfectly and I'm very pleased with it for anyone wanting to know and I recommend buying it.

The ability to choose 3 different water patterns (full spray, shower and flat) is great for all types of gardens. Full spray allows you to reach far, perfect for lawns. Shower and Flat mode are great for feeding gardens in close proximity, with a more gentle flow of water that won't knock your plants over. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the trigger lock is great, saving your hands from getting tired. It doesn't use a "straw" to draw in the fertilizer, so there is no risk of getting clogged nor losing a functional part. Feeds consistently and easily, and seems like it will last many seasons. Included 1 dose of fertilizer, which was a nice bonus.

Had Very Low Expectations, but

Low expectations based on many other negative reviews, but for me with one use it was far better than I had hoped for. The good stuff included the trigger is variable, for example for my just potted seedlings, I was able to gently press the trigger so that they were watered with a slow stream but not harmed. The three position head adds to that flexibility. Only had a very small leak using full power on the jet position, not much leakage but some compared to none on the other setting there was some but minimal. My only slightly non positive thought was that I wasn’t sure when the fertilizer was being applied at less than full strength as the base chemical was running out. My solution was to dump the remaining jar contents into a watering can and dilute the remainder with water. Turned out looking like the mix i normally use with a watering can. I made sure to take off the plastic cover on the jar before starting and I used only half of the fertilizer provided, and also thoroughly rinsed the jar and sprayed clear water to cleanse the head when I was finished. So much better than making 20 trips with a watering can. So five stars for me. Charles

Worked perfectly for me.

This product worked exactly as I expected. The reviews were all over the place, but I made sure that the rubber washer was in the hose end, and it worked great. People should understand that if they loose a part, something is not going to work right. That said, this is a great product.

Ergonomic - much more userfriendly than the orlder version

When my 'old' Miracle Gro spray gun began to leak, I realized it was time to get a new one and was pleased to see a new, better version. It is more ergonimic ( meaning of ergonimic: of workplace design intended to provide optimum comfort and to avoid stress or injury - in other words 'user friendly', as compared to the older version I had been using for many years. Yes, definitely an improvement. Easier to attach and easier to use. I always liked the fact that Miracle Gro sprayers come with a 'measure' of the fertilizer already in it, ready to be attached to a hose.

Love it!

I too had one of the old original Miracle-Gro feeders and when I misplaced it and was faced with ordering this one, some of the reviews made me nervous. However, I really can't figure out how some of those problems occurred. I've found it to be pretty much leak-proof and it has the added benefit of putting out a much stronger spray than the old one did. I eventually found the old one but it's sitting on the back shelf of my garden shed now. The new one does a much better job.

A must have for gardening

Love this easy Miracle Gro feeder. Purchased this to replace my old broken one. This one is even nicer!

Easy to set up, works great! Love that there is NO packaging to deal with.

Frustration Free packaging, this item showed up with no box, bag, etc. Super easy to set up, just take the top sprayer off the bottle, remove the plastic on the mouth of the bottle (the Miracle-Gro is already in the spray bottle), reinstall the top, and you are ready to go! 3 settings on the spray nozzle, just rotate the yellow knob to select the spray pattern. Attach to garden hose, and squeeze trigger to start spraying. It has a lock on top of the sprayer that allows you to lock the sprayer in open position so you don't have to squeeze trigger if watering large gardens and flower beds.
