Perfect
Just what I needed to fix a sprinkler zone that wasn't shutting off, great price, quick and easy replacement. Much faster than replacing the whole valve

Perfect replacement for my rain bird irrigation
Perfect replacement for my rain bird irrigation system and much better to spend a few bucks on the part and DIY than to pay several hundreds for a tech to comment and replace a few dollar part.

Old leaking to controlled in minutes
This product is exactly what I needed to fix my Rain Bird irrigation valves. Mine were leaking and one could hear the water dripping past the old solenoid. Didn't really matter because it leaked in to the sprinkler line, but still not the controlled set up I designed and wanted. And the dripping noise was annoying!! Once the water was shut off to the valve, replacing the solenoid took 10 minutes. Well, 20 minutes because I had my 11 y/o help me - and our puppy...

Excellent replacement
Perfect replacement for my Rain Bird valve that was giving me an error on the control panel. And quite a bit cheaper than the local irrigation supply. Glad to find these.

Perfect replacement part
This was what I needed for a DIY repair of one of my sprinkler valves. If you can start the sprinkler manually but it won’t go on with the timer, try this!

Keep an extra
A must have extra if you have a rain bird system. If your system goes out, before you call a big bucks gardener or plumber, watch how to replace this (super simple) on youtube. This is a critical piece for system operation and most likely to fail.

Worked for me
The controller for my irrigation system was blinking FUS for one of my zones. I could manually operate the valve fine so I figured it was the solenoid. I even removed one from a working zone and tried it on this zone and it worked. So I headed to the local hardware stores (you know which ones) and they no longer carry the Rainbird solenoids (they used to). The one's they do carry of course are a different size and will not fit. So I looked here and found these and they fixed my problem just fine. I ordered a couple of extras in case. Only complaint was the shipping (free so I guess you get what you pay for) was rather slow.

Be ready to use one of these to stop a leaky valve
A word to the wise on this part... I replaced the diaphragm assembly first as I thought that was the problem with one of my RainBird valves. Nope, not the problem, valve STILL LEAKED. OK, so now what to do? Took a chance on this SOLENOID valve, just shooting in the dark mind you. Well, behold the solution. Replacing the solenoid FIXED THE VALVE and it has not leaked a drop since installing the SRKCP/CPF. Thought you all should know my experience in case you have the same issues. Try the diaphragm replacement first but be ready to install one of these if you still have problems.

so far so good
The sprinkler control had an error reading on the number 6 station. Everything else seemed okay. So I took a chance and replaced the solenoid. The error reading went away and the sprinkler station turns on when it's supposed to. I have been using it for about two months, so I can't speak to how durable this replacement is.

Fits Rainbird valve 100 DV-F
exact replacement for 16 year old Rainbird 100 DV-F inline valve, which I use to run one zone in my drip system. Replaced diaphram with kit, also available on Amazon. Controller displayed problem (solenoid) and valve box had standing water (diaphram). Up and running, like new, for $10. Amazon made it easy again
