Reduced my sugar cravings!

I purchased these and they sat around for a while. Then last weekend I needed to fill my box of supplements and pills for the week and thought I should pull these out and start using them. For the life of me I could not find the bottle anywhere! I finally looked in the box where I keep the bottles and found it where is was should have been all along. I couldn't remember why I purchased them so I looked up the item in my orders and realized I purchased them to curb my cravings for sweets. Well NO WONDER I haven't been craving that Butterfinger so much! They are apparently doing what was intended and I took some to work so just in case I start having that craving I can take one. So far, so good! At this point, I love them!

Cured a SERIOUS alcohol and Adderall addiction

I do not typically leave reviews, but I have to for this supplement. It is phenomenal. First, let me start with my issues and the reason I decided to start taking this. I am addicted to both Adderall and alcohol. DAILY, for years, I was taking about 120-130mg of Adderall a day (yes, insane, tolerance builds) and also DAILY drinking a pint of vodka a night. I knew I had to stop but repeatedly failed each time I tried (I never lasted long). I decided instead of trying to stop both Adderall and alcohol at the same time, that maybe I should just start with quitting alcohol first. Trying to do both was way too overwhelming. So I went 2 days without drinking. I was in complete misery. I couldn’t sleep one night and I was frantically searching the internet for something that could relieve me of the terrible cravings. I stumbled onto some articles about L-Glutamine and how it can help with alcohol cravings and, bonus, it could also help with the sugar cravings because I was beginning to have some intense sugar cravings from not drinking. The primary reason my drinking got so out of hand was because my brain was constantly tormented with Adderall cravings. Never-ending and it drove me crazy and I absolutely hated it. I realized I was drinking like that simply to escape the horrible cravings for Adderall. Sad but true. So, long story short, the first night I took this, it was like I had a completely new, different, NORMAL feeling brain. I haven’t had the exact same sensation again as I did the first night I took it (it’s still working, but that first time must of REALLY been needed by my brain). The first night I literally felt like I could feel this supplement overcoming my serious Adderall cravings in my brain. Washing over them. It was the most bizarre, incredible, and happiest sensation I have ever experienced in my life. I thought it must of been a fluke, but it’s not. L-Glutamine is still helping me. Not only did it help me stop drinking, but even more importantly for me, it stopped those awful Adderall cravings that consumed me for SO long. I was not expecting it to help with the Adderall cravings. I am over the moon. This saved my life.

Eliminates a sugar craving within ten minutes

I learned about this from a blog in which the author talked about attending a Julia Ross talk, and found that Glutamine eliminates sugar cravings. I take one in the morning, and will take one later in the day if I crave a sugary snack and don't want to give in. It works within 10 minutes!

Works as intended

I bought these because I didn’t like the powder drinks. Now that I realize how many I need to take daily I have switched to a powder supplement instead. These worked as intended but decided to go a different route

Dr. Axe recommends these for healing your gut. I won't go into specifics but my gastrointestinal distress is greatly reduced by taking one of these a day on an empty stomach. Huge difference!!!!

Leaky Gut Supplement

Very happy with this product and a great value for the price. I bought this to help treat leaky gut and Hashimoto's Thyroidism. Anyone with mysteriously declining health and brain fog should read the book "Why Isn't My Brain Working," which also gives a good description of the uses of this product.

turned my depression around

i started having energy and some hope when i had taken this for a couple of days. because it has helped so much with my depression, my shrink allowed me to go down on my psych meds. my understanding is that there are three brain chemicals involved in depression 1) seratonin 2) dopamine 3) glutamine this works much better for me than an antidepressant. i am sincerely amazed and so grateful for this product. it's dirt cheap, so you may as well give it a try. i take two a day on an empty stomach.

Really work

I just started taking the vitamin for curbing my sweet appetite. Immediately I stop craving sweets and I found the vitamins to really work. I am happy with purchase.
