This is quite good. I like the fact it is organic and just the right size for me. I have ordered it several times.

So delicious i was tempted to lick the container! I have tried other frozen enchiladas and there're no comparison. These are the best. just the right portion especially for someone who is calorie counting. these are going on the permanent grocery list!

Being a frozen meal, they are restaurant enchiladas, very good. follow the heating directions carefully and if your microwave is high power, reduce the heating time so they don't get dried out.

BETTER than "real" Mac & cheese

I LOVE THIS MAC & CHEESE!!!! I can't say that enough!! I had my doubt because I love default Mac and cheese, but when I switched to a plant-based diet, this is one of the first things I tried and it. is. AWESOME! It tastes slightly different from regular Mac & cheese and is more sticky, but it's absolutely incredible!

You can taste the cheese!

This is great. best pre-made mac and cheese I've had. Needed a little salt and pepper. Not mushy. I could taste the cheddar, which is great, but unusual in a pre-made mac and cheese. I am happy about the taste of the cheddar. It was a pleasant surprise.

Satisfying!

Good on the go. Satisfies and is just the right size for my appetite. Usually eat this for lunch at work and eat a yogurt or fruit afterwards. Settles me pretty good.

Gluten free, soy free and dairy free but not taste free!

This allergen free mac and cheese has saved my sanity on more nights than I care to admit! My daughter has many, many allergies but the recipe here can handle them all shockingly. It is incredibly difficult to find gluten free, soy free, dairy free mac and cheese, and not only does this meet those needs it apparently also tastes good enough that my kid requests it all the time! Anytime we are cooking something for the rest of the family that she cannot eat I know I have the option of tossing this bad boy in the microwave instead of going through the rigmarole of trying to modify the other recipe to meet her personalized needs. I would, and will, buy this again and again, as well as recommending it to my friends and family. If you are worried about taste, don't be!

This could make me a vegetarian. Absolutely delicious. Much lighter than what I usually eat. I'll buy this again and try other vegetarian dishes proffered by Amazon Fresh. Wait, one problem. Enchilada's Perfecto

What a pleasant surprise. I have been an enchilada gourmet for +60 years and these rank up there with the best. The whole package was a simple and effective method to get them table ready in a short time and yet retain the flavors. Flavors abound in the enchiladas and usually when I see words like diet, organic and no GMO I figure they are selling an ugly taste and covering it up with save the world..... Not the case here, these are winners on all counts. Thank you Amy's for a great table voyage into Mexico and for retaining quality at a fair price.
