I'm a chronic sufferer of chalazions and Occusofts lid scrub keeps them at bay. I've tried everything even Avenova but found Occusoft to be the only thing that works for me. I use a few times a week and cut them in half as a previous reviewer suggested so they last longer. I highly recommend especially if you're like me who pretty much exhausted all other options. Thanks Amazon for making it easy to purchase and receive.

I suffered from puffy eyes ever since I was a teenager. They were extremely itchy, uncomfortable and unsightly. I discovered the term 'blepharitis' online and researched both its causes (demodex/allergies) and how to relieve it. This product was recommended by so many people that I ordered it six months ago. After about a month of use, my symptoms got so much better that I now rarely have the problem. If only I had known about this product years ago! To save money I cut the pads in half or even in quarters. I use them in the morning and at night; also use the OcuSoft foam to wash off my eye makeup in the evening. I highly recommend this product -- five stars.

You know how sometimes we get weird annoying rashes above our eyelashes on the lid? It is probably contact dermatitis or something of that sort. Sometimes you have to do a three day course of a doctor prescribed steroids. And no screwing around with over-the-counter stuff. It is by your eyeballs after all. But this is a good try before doing that. Here's the part you need to know. This version is to be left on and not washed off. Now you know. The dark blue one you wash off.

I don't know what kind of sorcery goes into these wipes that makes them work 10x better than what my doctor prescribed, but believe the hype! For months I've been suffering from blepharitis and eyelid dermatitis. (eczema) - scaly red rashes on both of my lids. These wipes have worked when nothing else has. They are unfortunately on the expensive side, so I cut each wipe into fourths using clean hands and a pair of sterilized scissors. I put the other three back into the packet and fold it over. It's moisturizing so you don't need to put anything else on your lids. It's important to mention that while they do wonders for the clogged oil glands, they won't solve the underlying issue of eyelid dermatitis. For that, you'll need to discover what the irritant is, either by process of elimination or doing a patch test with your dermatologist. But the wipes do a great job of keeping the symptoms at bay, so they're worth every penny.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My young son was dealing with chalazions-- painful, sore, and unsightly..... they would grow very large and kept returning after clearing up by simper means (such as moist head and/or washing with baby shampoo). When we finally tried these wipes, his lids cleared up within a matter of DAYS (after struggling with the issue for over a year) !!! I can honestly say we have not had another issues since. Not a single tiny bump to start at all! We do continue to use the pads daily even though his issue may be gone forever. We skip a day here and there, but because of the difficult past struggle and the obvious benefit we saw, we believe the cost is worth it for a while. I hadn't thought to cut the pads, though, so I am thankful to have gained that idea from other reviewers. The pads are indeed larger than might be needed.

It Works! Husband had a Chalzion according to the Doctor, who stated surgery was needed to remove it. I researched & found this product. Read reviews on Amazon & purchased it. Be patient & you will see the results. Husband used it twice a day, followed instructions & didn't wash it off. After the first month a white speck appeared on the Chalzion(looked like a pimple). It started to drain slowly & the Chalzion started to decrease in size. By the end of the second month it is barely visible. Husband continues to use the wipes twice a day on both eyes to remove any oils & anything else that collects on his eyelids. No surgery done, no Chalzion & his eyelids feel better. I will continue buying this product for him.

I had what I now know is blepharitis for about half a year. During this time, I went to my own physician who prescribed hydrocortisone. I used it but it would always come back and didn't want to keep applying it to my eyelid!! From there, I went to my optometrist to see if it was an eye problem. He gave me steroid eye drops, anti histamine eye drops, and then regular eye drops. Yet again, it was a temporary fix, and the problem would come again. Went to the dermatologist who gave me tacrolimus ointment and allegra. The ointment would work like the hydrocortisone but again, it'd keep coming back. My final stop was at an opthamologist. He was completely useless as he told me to just keep using the tacrolimus since it's "working" and that the problem will never go away so just keep using the ointment. It's extremely irritating hearing that there's nothing that can be done and that's when I put a lot of effort into doing my own research and found out about these towelettes people were using. Those were pretty expensive ($40) and someone mentioned Ocusoft as a cheaper but effective alternative. I got these a month ago and haven't had any flare up since! Before, it'd come back every 1-2 weeks very regularly after one application of tacrolimus. Now, nothing. I just can't comprehend how none of the four doctors I saw was able to suggest these simple towelettes, ugh! Anyway, so yes, super effective.

I love these things. I tried all manner of drops, gels, etc and still awoke each morning with eye mung. These may seem pricy, but are big enough to cut into quarters, which results in a more palatable price. I wash my hands, cut the package across the bottom, remove the wipe (which is folded into quarters), cut in half, cut the resulting half in half and return the remaining wipes to the original foil package, folding over the cut end to preserve moisture.

i discovered the product when i was researching help for my chronic dry eye. i read the reviews and decided it would be worth a try. i was skeptical at first because the wipes were so moist. but after i used them the first time, i was sold. the wipe cleared my eyelashes from the specs of dust, other irritants n such that collect through out the day. the wipe cleans the areas very well and leaves the eye moist and clean - no burning, no rinsing. previously i ordered another brand of lid cleaner - however, i was sent a box of cleaner without an expiration date. it went straight to the garbage. anyway, this product works great and helps prevent the gritty, sand in the eye feeling. thanks.

I thought I had chronic dry eye, but I got referred to an eye doctor who correctly diagnosed that I had blepharitis, and he recommended I use these eyelid scrubs. He also recommended a bunch of other stuff, but the thing that really made a major difference was these scrubs, so I discontinued the other recommendations and just kept using these scrubs. At first I used one scrub in the AM and one in the PM, but after a week or two, my symptoms were almost gone, so I cut back to one a day. Now, a couple of months later, I just use them whenever I notice symptoms, which is maybe once every 2-3 days. I can't guarantee the same results for you, but I highly recommend these scrubs if you have blepharitis or symptoms of dry eye when you wake up in the AM. (my symptoms were always at their worst when I woke up in the morning)
