When I had my budgies the first time many years ago in Lithuania the only available food for them was millet seeds. So now it does strike me little bit by surprise seeing millet in this natural form and that you cannot buy just millet grains for parrots. I suspect this is to do with millet being proclaimed as a new healthy food and is now available only in "whole paycheck" food stores but definitely not in pet stores anymore. And sure enough this is a real treat for my budgies, although I am sad that what has once been a staple is now a treat.

These millets are my birds' addiction! You would think I was giving them candy! I have barely gotten the millet into their cage and they are already fighting to get at them! The millets are a great color, fresh, full, and my birds eat them up! They store easily too! One thing I do not know, is why the bags come with a couple of holes punches in them, but other than that, great deal, as millets are not cheap!!! I have compared these to the very same brand sold in the pet stores and there is no difference, other than the couple of holes punched at the top of the bags. Will keep buying these, as they are easy on the pocket and my birds would have a hissy fit, if they didn't get their millet fix!

This is great millet. I’m not sure if it’s dry because all millet that I have bought looks about the same though some do fall apart when touched. These are the more sturdy branches of millet. I had very little at the bottom of my bag and my baby loves these so much. I see her eating this more than her regular seed. This is a great price as well.

This treat is a winner--for the little Senegal Parrot and the "budding star", Kee-koh the Cockatiel. This is not meant to be part of the staple diet; however, it works like a charm for a little treat every couple of days. There is total silence, as they devour the little seeds. If they're happy, so am I.

My parakeets Love this millet. they're still in the new bird stage and this millet brings them to life when they're feeling scared. there might be better millet from other sellers, but don't be afraid to buy this one if you aren't ready to commit to a 5lb box.

My cockatiel absolutely love these treats. This is the only thing that will get him to come to me when all other times he runs away or bite at me. They never last that long. I've learned to cut the stalk in 2-3" to give in bits and feed to my bird because otherwise he will eat the entire thing in one sitting. Kinda like I am when I get a bag of Cheese Sun Chips. Can't eat just one. :)

My new love bird we brought home absolutely loves this millet. He finishes one stick within a day if you leave it in his cage. Absolutely recommend and it’s good value for the money. Small pieces not too long so you can train them with this as well.

Excellent product always. My cockatiel is a little brat right now. I promise... I'm trying to find him a wife. Baby, my cockatiel, wants a companion soooooo bad!! He is turned on by our cat🤪 We tell him that his girlfriend Cat...........,..... would eat him in a heartbeat. HeLp😜

I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer this question. Let me go get my parakeet. Hello everyone, I'm Captain Drumstick and I whole heartedly endorse this product. While I'm here, I do have a problem with my owner : sometimes I like to get my groove on with my favorite lady( Mrs. McLuvin'), and I do admit that sometimes we get a little too carried away. Anywho, my owner (Marquis de Sade), tells us to get a room. I think he's just jealous. While I'm making sweet love to my sweet blow-up doll, the jerk brings a box of Shake-n-Bake into the room and sits it right beside my love nest. Talk about a mood killer! Not for me, but my luscious lady deflates (literally). So if anyone else thinks this behavior is unacceptable, please send the ASPCA to my home. I'll probably be under glass by then. And know... I don't taste like chicken!

I bought this Kaytee Spray Millet for my neighbor who has Finches. She bought a smaller bag at a Pet store for almost double the amount! Cheeky, Naomi and Wynona love this stuff! She doesn’t have a computer, so I will continue to buy for her. In exchange she bakes me Banana Bread! 😋
