I don't like to use poisons at all

I originally bought Skin so Soft for mosquito protection...I don't like to use poisons at all, so it being "natural" was a plus for me. Then I was doing yard clean up in a meadow on my property and found that 15 ticks caught a ride with me, I combed 3 out of my hair, pulled 2 off me and the rest were on my clothes. I went to a "feed store" and was going to buy "anything" when the sales guy told me to try Skin so Soft....I didn't even have to buy it there, I had some at home from the mosquito situation...the next day I sprayed myself head to toe and AMAZINGLY I didn't not have a single tick come back with me....I've been using it now for 4 years to keep those nasty buggers off me!!!! LOVE THIS STUFF AND WOUND'NT DREAM OF GOING INTO THE WILDERNESS WITHOUT IT!!!!

Every year in late August and September, I get bitten by mosquitoes while I am asleep in my house. I guess they get in during the day, or maybe there's a gap in my screen. I remembered hearing about skin so soft years and years ago so I decided to try it. Throughout September, I used it every night on my legs and arms and I did not have any bites at all. I stopped using it when the temperatures started to fall. So far, so good.

Best bug repellent ever...and safe!

Best bug repellent ever. And it is deet free. We have effectively used this while hiking in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Tennessee Smokey Mountians, and the swamps of Louisiana. I buy one big bottle for each summer for my family of 7.

best for body moisture -

I have used this product ever since it came out by Avon MANY YEARS AGO!! I used it in the cold weather (live in northern Indiana- sometimes gets to 30 below) and used it to nourish the skin after being outdoors- Use it to give moisture back after being in the sun for a while- makes the skin soft and supple, even after the sun screen has worn away- The fresh odor is great and the feel of the skin is even better- I find it comforting after my daily shower and use it on my face instead of creams- Can't beat it in my opinion-

Keeping mosquitos away!

I have had a lot of trouble with mosquito bites this summer, and this is the first thing that has worked to minimize the number of bites. The scent is mild, and fades. I do find I have to re-apply the oil if I want to go out in the evening.

We use this product for bug control. Spray arms and legs and the bugs will stay away. The plus side Its good for your skin.

Would never want to run out of this!

Works great to prevent sand flea bites...I live on the ocean and when I put this on my skin to go outside it's a guarantee I won't get a bite from any bug!! Love this stuff....better than any insect repellent I've ever used and smell is not that bad.

My skin IS so soft! But did not work as mosquito replant for me.

I originally got this because I was looking for a mosquito replant that I could use daily and wasn’t an actual bug repelant with a nasty smell. Unfortunately after using this I am still a mosquito magnet and continue to get bit every time I step outside (I live in North FL). However it still gets a five star because it’s not suppose to be a repelant and it does make my skin sooo soft and smooth! Also has a pleasant smell.
