Great for 6 year old

Bought this for my 6 year old. He is starting grade 1 next month. Some parts of it are difficult for him but thats when I get involved and teach him. He can add and subtract so it helps him practice that. It teaches addition, subtraction, vocabulary, reading, counting money, recycling, planets etc. He LOVES it and I have to limit how much time he spends on it. A real great learning tool.

I played this as a kid

My mom got this for my sister and I when we were little. We lived it. Now we have children of our own and both decided we'd like to share these games with our kids. 20 years later, it's still fun!

great for homeschooling

The noun song will drive you insane, but your child will understand nouns. Mt six year old gamer loves this game and is improving in his studies. As a homeschooling mom, I think this is one of the best games for teaching, but it does not replace bookwork by any means.

Son loves it

My son plays this game all the time. He loves all the mini games it offers. I think its perfect for 2nd grade maybe even a gifted 1st grader could do everything it offers. My 3 year old sings the opening song all the time. This game has all the subjects they teach in school so it reinforces what they already have learned. Plus it has money and time something they don't teach much in school nowadays.

No internet required

We purchased these for our school in rural Swaziland Africa. Our school does not have access to the internet (they just recently got access to electricity!) and it was very difficult finding software that did not require the internet. THANK YOU very much for offering this so our orphans can learn!

Great product for the age

Better than what I expected!!

At first I thought it would be boring and the kids would get bored with. I got it for my 7 year old, but she hasn't had much interest in it like my 5 year old does. My 5 year old is on this thing like everyday, and she is actually learning a lot. There are some fun games, learning songs, learning games, and its also teaching her to read as well. When she first started she had to kind of tour it to get to know where everything is, But that wasn't so difficult either. I love it..Good Software. Thumbs up!!
