Very happy with the results

Amazing results achieved for this product. Can't believe how much improvement was achieved. I was going to buy a pressure washer system, but with these results... I don't need it. Will be using again in the future. See the before and after results.

It works!

I bought my house brand-new, and it has TONS of tile flooring. I was warned that I'd need to have it sealed, but of course, I thought, "I'll just have people remove their shoes and it won't get dirty." Unfortch, my two dogs decided this would be their new favorite flooring on which to pee at night. The grout had turned brown in many areas and it REALLY p*ssed me off. I bought this stuff based on the good reviews. Sprayed it on, let it sit for a few minutes, used a scrubby sponge to scrub in it a bit, wiped it away, and VOILA, white grout!! Now I'm off to look at dog crates...

I wish I had bought this sooner

I knew my grout was dirty but I didn't realize how disgusting it was until I used this cleaner. It arrived yesterday and I decided to test a small area to see how well it worked. Sprayed on and waited 3 minutes. I then used the brush to agitate the dirt in the grout which was much easier than I expected it to be (I thought I was going to have to scrub hard). Instead, it was a very simple back and forth motion and the dirt immediately came loose and out of the grout. I then used a very wet dish towel to clean up the cleaner and dirt. The results were significantly better than I anticipated. I'm buying more to finish my entire home.

Great product

Great product from what I can see. As described it does not work for soap stains, but for plain dirty grout it makes the job as easy as possible. My bathroom grout (white tile/grout) was nasty from the previous owners of the house. About a hour on the floor with this product and the grout looks as good as it ever has while we have owned the house. There are some areas of missing grout and a few small soap stains, but overall this has made the floor look new. Spray it on, give it a minute to soak in and scrub. You can see the dirt come up immediately. Wipe up with water and done. I'll probably make another pass to get a few spots that I didn't allow to soak in properly, but as you can see it does work well.

Worked better than expected

I ordered this based on product reviews and have to say I was not disappointed. I used as directed and cleaned the tile in two of my bathrooms. This is labor intensive as you need to spray, scrub, wipe clean (and then I washed the entire floor to remove dirt and grit). I was a bit worried when as after I finished the process it didn't look very bright, but after a few hours and the grout drying all the way it was an amazing difference. I still have a few spots I will need to go over again, as they were pretty bad, but even they look good now.

This stuff really works!

Some of my floor tile has light colored, sanded grout. Through time, and the use of a sponge mop, my grout became encrusted with grime. I did two things. I changed to a “spin” rope mop, and I started using this cleaner in my regular mop water (doubled solution density due to highly trafficked areas). Within six weeks, I started noticing areas where the grout was completely clean with no added extra effort other than frequent mopping with a higher concentration. A relative who hadn’t been in the house for a few weeks walked in and said the house looked cleaner than usual. It was the clean grout she was noticing! A couple of days ago I went to the worst area in the house, and the last remaining area where the grout wasn’t completely clean yet. My entry. I poured on a 50/50 mix into the grout lines, soaked for a couple minutes, then scrubbed with a brush. All the remaining grout crud came up easily! This is after I couldn’t get it clean even using bleach and a toothbrush! Needless to say, I’m sold on this stuff. Additionally, the fumes don’t bother me, and the smell isn’t unpleasant. I use it without gloves and it doesn’t bother my skin like some cleaners. I highly recommend it.

Pure Magic

I never thought I'd be able to clean my grout out again without hiring someone professional to do it! But this cleaner did the wonder!!! I used it with my steam cleaner and here's the before and after pictures! I did dry brush it before I used the steam cleaner and I saw all the dirt getting out! It really works! It was hard work tho, if I ever get a bigger house I might just hire someone to do it.

I want to start by saying that I rarely write a review on a product but this one went so far above my expectations that I had to share my experience! I have tried so many cleaners to get my bathroom floor tiles/grout clean (bleach based, industrial grade, even bought a hand held steamer, multiple scrub brushes) but NOTHING ever worked. After reading the reviews on this product, I decided to give it a try. To say this is the BEST grout cleaner I have ever used is an understatement. I sprayed it on and actually let it sit for 30 minutes because my tiles were that grimy. I came back at the 30 minute mark ready to use some elbow great and low and behold all it took was a couple of strokes with a scrub brush and I could see white again after all of these years of looking at gray/black!!!! It's silly to think I'm so excited by a cleaner but it's unbelievable how well this works! My only complaint is the sprayer isn't that great. I'm not done with the whole bottle yet and it's barely spraying out (not sure if the tube is too short or the sprayer just gave out). That hasn't stopped me from ordering a second bottle. If you're looking to bring your grout back to life, definitely give this a try!
