This product has an awesome applicator! Purchased this to repair a pearl ring after I knocked the pearl off. This is the second time I knocked the pearl off. The first time it happened, I took it to a jeweler. They charged $50 for the repair. This is well worth the price. I am much more careful now.

It works. The needle tip is nice to have but like a hot glue gun you tend to waste a bit. I wear glasses and have arthritis in my hands and I can get the little pin in cap lined up to close off the flow of glue. This actually works on fabric because it's a get version. I use for metal jewelry and macrame knots.

I bought this bottle back in the late 80s for my watch business and I have use the same bottle for nearly 30 years and just bought another box this is amazing. packaging is nearly identical and works wonders. shipped fast as always and has never failed me

Very good adhesive. Used it to repair a a small stone from a necklace that had broken in two. Actually put it back together and held nicely. I was pleasantly surprised how it bonded so well. Only problem i have is that glue keeps oozing out if you don't plug it with the cap that's like a small pin that needs to be inserted in very small opening on the applicator. You need a steady hand and good vision to accomplish this feat.

The pin in the lid is a real challenge for a far-sighted guy to get back in the nozzle, but this glue really sticks it!

Ok, the needled cap is hard to put back on especially when I got nervous seeing the glue continue to seep out. I use this trick to press a finger against the needle before inserting the cap. It is more precise and faster. Anyhow this glue works well applying with precision. Glad I bought it.

I kept reading about this product in beading instructions and I didn't have any. Well, I am sure glad I purchased it! It is perfect for precise placement of a high quality cement-especially for making sewn, hand beaded jewelry. I was always afraid that my stitches would pull out before, but not now that I add touches of G-S Hypo Cement. And the tube closes up securely and doesn't dry out like so many other cements and glues. Great product design!

I've searched far and wide for a cement that will not yellow when dry or with age to restore vintage rhinestone jewelry. THIS is it...There is nothing else that 1) enables you to put just the right amount of glue around the edges of the smallest (and largest) cup to secure a replacement rhinestone, and 2) dries clear if left alone and does not yellow or discolor in any way with age - I still have some vintage rhinestone jewelry that I restored back in the 1980s, and they're still gorgeous! NEVER EVER EVER EVER glue a rhinestone with Super or Crazy glue. That type of glue will ruin the finish on the rhinestone. and you'll be left with a cloudy stone that you can't get out without a chisel and a hammer, LOL! Super or Crazy Glues are Perfect for gluing opaque stones like Pearls, Milk Glass, etc. The Gel version of Super Glue is what I find the easiest and best to use for pearls and opaque stones. Well, I've digressed, as usual. But I feel obligated to help the folks out there who might be trying to restore vintage jewelry and haven't been given any info. This listing might just be a good place to ask your questions about vintage jewelry restoration! Ask away!

Just my two cents worth of experience so far. Never grab by the tube, only by the hold by the folded end of the tube. Always put the cap back on even for a second between uses. Don't squeeze unless nothing is happening when you turn it upside down, then only lightly, I just kind of wiggle and shake the end I am holding because when it comes out it really comes out. Have a tissue handy to wipe the tip while holding the tube upright still by the end untill you get the cap back on so it doesn't get glued on, really the best method for all glue. You will have to switch hands to get this needle end cap on, still only holding the end of the tube, place your middle or ring finger behind the opening to hold it steady and help you see and guide the needle cap on. Last, but not least put it int he box so it does not get smashed and cause a mess when you open it again. Works great on knots, and will last if you take these precautions.

This glue is comparable to e600 except it's more liquid-like. I like that for tiny projects and really enjoy the needle tip. I used this glue to glue clear glass beads around a cathedral length veil. Dries quickly and it so translucent you can't even tell where the glue was applied. I'm happy it does not take away from the luster of the clear glass beads. I have also used this glue for other projects as well and still give it five stars!
