This quality sewing machine oil is very light and you can use it on other things too where a high quality oil is best. I like the dispenser too. Easy to close and you know it won't leak if it gets knocked over.

Arrived quickly and in great condition. It's All-Purpose Machine Oil, so it can be used on sewing machines, vacuum cleaners, household appliances, typewriters, computers, bicycle parts, and more! I thought I was just getting sewing machine oil! There are so many other uses. And it's a 4 oz bottle, so I don't think I'll need to purchase another bottle anytime soon, but I will definitely purchase again when I need it.

I bought this product because I had a small 40mm fan that was making some noise on my 3D printer. I peeled back the sticker on the backside of the fan and added one tiny little drop of this on it and it made the fan rattling and noise completely disappear. The tip on this when using it can be a bit hard to open and is a bit inaccurate when squeezing some out but that is something to take note of to not squeeze to much out at once. Overall this is a great lubrication for old or rattling fans that just need a drop or two of this oil.

Conclusion first: Amazing. I'm a college student that has been using an Asus N53S laptop for little over 2 years now. Recently the fan has been rattling, so I figured I needed an oil. WD-40 lasted less than a week. So, based on others' suggestions, I got this Singer Machine oil (or sewing machine oil I heard). Ummm, it worked little too well. I'm not hearing ANYTHING from my laptop now. when I have my laptop's lid closed, I sometime forget that I kept my computer on. It's that amazing. Once again, if you are looking for an oil for smoothing up the motor or any rapid speed machine, this is what you want. Thumbs up!!

I used this to lubricate my bread machine. It worked great.

Purchased this to Oil some fans in my computers that were making a loud noise. Works great for that purpose. Only advice is to stick to one or two drops. More and you have oil everywhere. On some fans, you can temporarily remove a sticker covering the hole to put oil in, then replace it. There are several youtube videos on it. I also used it on a smaller network card fan on a x540 intel NIC. That one requires taking the fan off the heatsink.

I am using this as my go-to thin oil for skateboards, sewing machines, ball bearings, ... anything that I know will have to move fast. I don't know if it's safe for plastics (so I don't use it on the gears of my N-scale model trains). so far the oil did not leave any residue from drying etc. Generally, don't over-oil! on moving parts a drop or two is usually enough. Moving parts just need a very very thin film to glide on each other - you don't want to create a droplet or coating that will also trap dust and dirt!

I really needed the oil to oil my sewing machine. It had dried out and wouldn't run. Oiled it and it runs like a top.

I say to use only Singer because I screwed up once and used 3 in 1 (or 4 in 1, can't remember the exact name) and it got really gummy in my machine. I have 4 Singer machines-- a 1911 industrial, 2 from the early 20s and one from the 1980s. Because I live in a very arid climate I need to oil the machines almost every time I use them (especially the old industrial). It really makes a huge difference if you keep your machine oiled. This oil is great because it doesn't build up and get gunky over time.

Singer Machine Oil, 4-Fluid Ounce ... from Dyno Merchandise is easy to use and does what it is designed for--oiling sewing machines. As with most other oil, it has other uses as well. Good product; good price.
