Pros: 1) Looks just like the sellers pic at the time of my order. The metal channels for hanging-file folders are very sturdy. 2) Physically seems sturdy enough to be stackable at least 3 high imo. High enough for me. Cons: 1) None. Only suggestion/preference would be to make the top covers clear/opaque instead of blue.

WORKED SO WELL THAT YEARS LATER, WE LATER BOUGHT MORE!

I bought several of these filing boxes years ago. They hold more weight than other similar boxes we've tried. They stack atop each other (I only stack two high) and have good handles. The first ones have held up so well that I recently bought two more. Inside are steel bars for hanging files. Be aware that the manufacturer makes an identical box without steel bars and both are listed online as KeepBox. The steel bars are needed to hang files. If you have files you need to access and can't afford or don't need filing cabinets, these are easy to get in and out of. File access is as convenient as accessing hanging files in a hanging file drawer. For maximum convenience, when opening them, you need enough space to allow the lids to drop to the sides and out of the way, but I have stacked them side-to-side in a closet and gone into a box with no space for the lids to drop and that worked fine.

Arrived in perfect condition with all the necessary hardware to hang files. Hopefully this helps other customers in their decision to purchase these since other reviews mentioned missing parts. Very sturdy plastic, very pleased with this purchase.

Came perfect Ordering a 5th!!

These work really well for filing papers. one is enough for us for each year. They really do keep the dust out. I am ordering a 5th now!!!

They hold plenty of files and I had gotten rid of the big cabinets.........I ordered twice because they are so useful!

Great storage capacity!

I am using this for Cub Scout event to hold files and I was able to fit 5 full packs of hanging folders in the bin with a little room left over. These will be great to ensure that all the documents are kept together and are durable because the box was dropped on a hardwood floor with the files in it weighing about 20 pounds and didn't crack, didn't break. Will be buying these again!

Good Bin- Holds up well

Nice solid but light weight box. Good construction and has not cracked under pressure. I use this for my deliveries and have had it in severe negative degree temperatures. Where other plastic containers break, this bin is still like new.

Works great!

Very easy to use. It's already assembled and has a lot of space for files. The width is appropriate for letter-sized filed. I think you would need a different bin to store legal-size or A4 files. I'm using it to store archived tax paperwork from previous years. The lid is convenient. I can stack other boxes on it. It's about 13 inches high. I need to raise my shelves an inch or two to fit it underneath, but I have adjustable shelves so that's not an issue. It arrived in a LARGE box, but it was light and easy to carry. The bin arrived in good condition. I would buy it again if I needed more space.

Glad I purchased this

I bought this for work and I really am glad I did. I mainly work out of my car, and it's perfect for holding my materials in box-bottom hanging folders. It is sturdy and feels like it will last a very long time, unlike the flimsy one I was using before (company issued me that one).

Very satisfied

Very happy with the quality for the price. I took the picture because some the reviewers said that they boxes came without the metal file support. As you see came on all my 3 boxes. Some people said that the boxes didn’t closed properly. As in the picture my did close. The box have a hole on each of the box where you can place lockers if want to.
