I love this sauna. I use it daily. Tips for others. Pre-heat it for 5 min prior to getting in. Use the top cover to keep heat in during the preheat. And don’t forget to make sure the reflector on the bottom is face up. I started at 20 min per session. I’m up to 50 min at 150 degrees. I’ve recommended this to friends. It is amazing for sweating and detoxifying. As well as upping my metabolism and burning calories quick. I strongly suggest you learn to stay hydrated always. This can be tough when dehydrated or after a night of drinking alcohol. But I’m a big fan.

Easy to use

Easy to use. Convenient. Saves us a lot of money in the long run. Important for my daughter's healing from lyme. I've used on occasion to relax some muscles and detox when I feel overloaded.

Far better than expected!

I did not expect to like this nearly as much as I do. I have ME/CFS/FM and had tried using a FIT wrap at a local salon, loved it, but at $99/50 minutes, it simply wasn't practical. This was SO worth the price. It seems a bit flimsy on set up, but it does the job and does it well. I leave it set up in a spare room and use it almost every day. I am 100% satisfied. Helps with the pain of ME/CFS/FM and is oddly energizing, unlike other saunas which use heat or steam and leave you feeling weak and drained. Great Value for At Home Sauna!

This was really simple to set up and use. I am handicapped and was able to do it by myself in about ten minutes! Lightweight and easy to understand instructions. Comparing it to what else is online or available locally at Costco, this price was a fraction of what we could pay for similar items and much more expensive and heavy ones. We asked the company what the difference was between the copper one and this one, and we found very little difference and this was about 1/3 of that price! I have used Sunlighten spas and feel like this one does the job quite well for hundreds of dollars less! Even if you can afford the more expensive ones, this is a great way to learn about saunas and try it in the privacy of your own home . I can leave it set up, or it folds away simply. For home use, this is more than adequate. It has a timer, and I am using it for 30 minutes at a time. It is recommended for several of my health issues, and I am looking forward to positive results. We have had it less than a week, but are already using it daily. We bought a very small wooden bench at Hobby Lobby for just a few bucks to sit on so that I can use it fully closed and sauna my head and face too. I am not tall, so this works for me, but a very tall person might need to sit on the ground to accommodate their height.

Was ready to return it and give it the same review as the person did when I first bought it. I am a 71 year old widow. I live alone after 50 years of marriage and so I had to do this on my own. Well, it was snowing outside and I was excited to get started on my new fitness program with this sauna. I got it all set up, which was so easy. I even read the instructions but my brain got it wrong. I plugged it in, got into the sauna and got the remote. Now here is the funny part. I saw the red light and the heat number and time and thought it was turned on. Mistake. So I sat there and sat there for 20 minutes and nothing. So upset and mad because now it is snowing and I have to return. But I thought, maybe it is because my house is so cold and so I turned up the heat to 70. Then I put on one of my winter hats and covered the sauna in the front with a very light thermal blanket to get it hot. Nothing. So I then looked at the instructions again and did what it said to do and it worked like a charm. I never sweat. I can go to a gym and not sweat and so I was very excited when I did in this sauna. I drank two cups of water before and after. I got up out of it after 30 minutes to get my circulation moving again and go to the bathroom and then got back into it again. Yes, there is a stick on the right side as you are sitting in the sauna that holds up the front. This sauna is wonderful. I have a gym membership but never get there. Also, when I got out and toweled off all the dried skin, I sprayed on magnesium oil which I made myself off of youtube. It is still snowing out and I feel wonderful. Almost didn't buy this because of the bad reviews but they probably did the same thing I did.

I don't leave reviews often but I have to for this. I've used it a few times and I'm in love. I put it on 150 and I feel great. I usually turn it on and let it heat up while I go get dressed for it and it's perfect when I get in. No issues here, worth the $222 price tag !

One of the best investments I've ever made!

This sauna is the best! I have several medical conditions including Lyme disease and mold toxicity. This has been a life saver. I used to have one of those big 4000 dlls saunas but I ended selling it and instead I just kept this one because it works! It is also less heavy and a lot more practical to move around. It saves me a lot of space, electricity and it work the same if not better! One of the best investments I've ever made!

Absolutely the best $200 I ever spent. My good friend recommended this exact model. She has one as well and swears by it. This Portable Sauna blew my mind. Super quick and easy to setup. I sat in the Sauna for 30mins and once i was done, i stepped out, sweat was literally dripping off me. I was drenched. I slowly worked my way to 150° and it felt amazing!!! Works great. Bought it for myself for detox. But catch other family members in it more than me. They are like. This thing is great. Just remember to wipe it down after use. You do drip sweat. And get smelly.
