I have very dry skin on legs, hands, arms. I use lotion twice per day and when I take off my socks or yoga pants white flakey skin comes off my legs. I have tried vasline products, even vasline with cocoa butter. Greasy. Burts bee wax, eucerin,Aquaphor, nothing. I was hesitent about trying this but when I saw the reviews for people getting great results with eczema I decided to try. After 3 days of using this twice/day on legs and hands I noticed a huge difference. My skin is no longer flaking or cracking. My heals are better. This is not greasy and absorbs well. I would definetly recommend.

Normally, I don't feel compelled to write reviews, but I thought it was worth sharing my opinion of this product. I've had mild eczema / winter dryness for as long as I can remember. My hands often get very bad due to the nature of my career (chemist), i.e., having to wear nitrile gloves for a large portion of the day while doing lab work and frequent hand washing. This is the only product I've found that works for me. I apply it just once a day during the colder months after getting out of the shower and that's it. During the warmer months, my skin usually gets nearly problem-free due to being out in the sun and in the ocean, warmer temperatures, higher humidity etc. However, this is the product that gets me through the winter. I've tried CeraVe (both the lotion and the cream) as well as Cetaphil Eczema Soothing Body Moisturizer, but they just aren't effective for me. My skin doesn't like greasy applications. What I like best about the Aveeno is that it is totally non-greasy feeling. It absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky "residue" feeling on my skin. I use this product mainly as a reactionary rather than a preventative response to eczema rashes or just general dryness; i.e., I don't apply it unless I feel like I need to. My rashes have generally cleared up with a week or two after starting once-daily application. I should also mention that I have gone through the hellish process known as Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) / Red Skin Syndrome from previous overuse of topical corticosteroids. While going through TSW, I couldn't apply any moisturizers to my skin at all, but now I can use this Aveeno without any issues again. After having gone through that absolutely debilitating condition, I'm highly skeptical of topical steroids as a treatment for eczema, but that's another story. Your mileage may vary, but I definitely recommend this product for general dry skin or mild eczema.

I love this stuff. I usually prefer to use homemade or organic products, but this stuff is the BEST for my hands. I work in childcare, so I wash my hands 20+ times on some days (and that's only a half day shift) and my hands get super dried out. I keep some of this by the sink at work now. It only takes a tiny bit each time, and it absorbs really quickly. My hands are much happier now.

This actually moisturizes my skin very well. I tried using lotion from Bath and Body Works that smelled really good but didn't do anything. This Aveeno lotion, on the other hand, moisturizes my skin and has almost no scent. When applying it'll have a weak smell that very quickly goes away. Also, this 18oz bottle lasts forever. I bought this nearly three years ago and apply this at least twice a day, and the bottle still feels like there's roughly 50% remaining. I made the mistake of buying a two pack on Costco incase I ran out, as it's slightly cheaper there, and it'll probably be 2030 before I finish using all three.

I have to use lotion on my skin right after I get out of the shower, or else my skin will itch. I have used different kinds of lotion over the years and have never found anything to match this. I like that it has no scent & leaves my skin feeling moisturized but not oily or sticky. The secret to using lotion is to always apply it onto damp skin. I have worked and skin care for years this, so far is the best stuff out there!

This is the best lotion I've ever used. I discovered it when it was recommended to me by my tattoo artist, but it's now my catch-all for everything. I have very sensitive skin, and it has no scent and does not irritate at all, while also doing a great job of moisturizing, and being water soluble so it doesn't have a greasy, sticky feel like almost every other lotion I've used. It's amazing. I use it for everything: Healing tattoos and sunburn, moisturizing elbows and knees, clearing up skin irritation and heat rash. It's great. I'll never use another lotion so long as Aveeno doesn't change their formula.

It doesn't smell, it works very well, and it isn't expensive. Those are my primary criteria. It isn't greasy, lasts all day or night, and soaks right in. Added pluses. My podiatrist sold me some garbage for three times the price that is nowhere near as effective on my very dry feet, so I also bought a second bottle for after shower. Just great stuff. Really.

I've been suffering from eczema my whole life. I've used so many different kinds of lotions but none are as good as Aveeno. They usually feel very sticky or don't keep your skin moisturized for very long, but Aveeno doesn't have either problem. It's been keeping my eczema in check for quite a while now. I know my eczema isn't going to go away, but at least it's now so much more tolerable. I usually apply it right after a shower which is key. I used to have to apply lotions multiple times a day, but I now just do twice or even sometimes just once a day and it seems to really keep my skin moisturized for a long time.

I absolutely love this lotion. I have been using this for years and it's the only lotion that I've found that has the perfect consistency that Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Lotion has. I use this literally every day on my feet and body. I have very sensitive skin and this lotion never ever bothers me. After you put it on, it doesn't leave a watery or oily residue like other lotions, it leaves your skin silky smooth and absorbs quickly. Other lotions I have used don't rub in and leave white streaks on my skin, but Aveeno doesn't do that. One bottle of this lasts me several months even though I use it every single day. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a great moisturizer. My boyfriend also uses this lotion on his body, and even uses it for after care of his new tattoos. It is hypoallergenic and non irritating and leaves his tattoos looking great after they heal. It is both of our go to lotions. I've also used this on my face in a pinch with good results. Aveeno is a great company and I have used several of their other products. Always good for my sensitive skin and the price point is very reasonable.

I first starting using Aveeno based on the recommendation of the head of a University Medical School burn unit where I was being treated for a severe scorching that required extensive skin grafts and a long stretch of therapy. That was almost twenty years ago and I still find Aveeno to be the best thing available. I think other folks might find it a great product for treating dry, sensitive (and damaged) skin. Let me recommend that you not go to extremes to discover its benefits.
