Healthy and makes water taste great

I love this electrolyte solution, it makes water taste good. My husband and I both use it on a daily basis. You really don't need to mix it up like the bottle says - we just put 1/2 a cap full in glass and then add R O water - super easy and good for you too. Our water glasses are 16oz size, so that's the ratio we use. My doctor actually recommended it. I wouldn't buy it from Amazon until now since the price was way too high but now they're just a quarter more and I get it in 2 days. The other place I was buying it from had free shipping but it always took 3 or 4 days to get it.

Great for you but mask the taste

Taste is not so good but the effect is great. Also no sugar, coloring etc like the premixed brands. I drink it with cold water lemon juice to make it palatable.

I've purchased this product many times over now. I can tell its working because my scale registers the additional water weight when I'm taking the E-lyte. I live in a warm climate -- Florida and I need to maintain my hydration. This has been an addition to my daily routine.

Can Really Tell the Difference

Taking a capful of this twice a day really makes a difference in my health. I can tell something is wrong if I miss a dose as I feel weak.

I originally bought this as part of the list of things needed to follow Dr. Hyman's Eat Fat, Get Thin book, but then moved toward a full ketogenic diet. I had never used an electrolyte balance product before. Sure am glad I bought E-lyte. I had no idea how much I'd need and rely on this product. You do get a bit of calf muscle cramping on the keto diet and E-lyte removed the cramps. Also, I think it keeps me from retaining water. To use the product, personally, I don't mix it with water. Don't know if it's ok to do it this way, but I pour two to three capsful into a tiny cup and get that down -- then right away, I chug a lug a cup or so of cold sparkling naturally flavored water. Having to drink a tall salty glass of lemon water sip by sip was not working for me. I have to admit, it's a bit briny -- but it's not bad tasting, just salty. Anyway, very pleased with the shipping of the product and the performance. Also, there's a lot of product in this bottle in terms of doses.

Energy Boost

I use this before and/or after a good workout or anytime throughout the day when I'm starting to drag. It really seems to help me power through. I just put a capful into a glass of water and that does the trick. Update- this is by far the best one some for a similar price on Amazon. I tried a few that would save me a couple dollars a month & they just did not give me that energy boost, they had a sour flavor when added with water, & the electrolyte balance in them seemed off for what my particular body needed. This is the best!

I love my E-Lyte.....it balances my electrolytes and it keeps my blood pressure down so I do not have to take blood pressure pills.
