Perfect at work

I bought these because of them having xylitol to help keep my mouth clean. I keep the bag in my locker at work and will pop a cub after a snack or lunch to help keep my mouth fresh and clean. These don't have an overpowering taste and they seem to last fairly long.

I am addicted to this peppermint gum!

My peppermint addiction started about 6 months ago. First it was Italian mints (sugar) and now I have discovered the ICE BREAKERS Ice Cubes Sugar Free Peppermint gum. OMG - I go through this stuff at an incredible rate. Sometime I decide I need to slow down my consumption and will use a curved hemostat to poke into the gum cubes and pull out the blue flavor specks. Some of them are little bubbles and pop when you chew on them. Love the freshness it imparts to your incoming breath - wonderful!!!

Health Benefits

I have Lyme disease and it has caused my tummy woes for years. After discovering this gum, I am relieved my vomiting completely. The spirochete of Lyme do not like mint and the xylitol, the sugar replacement ingredient in the gum is actively used to treat Lyme. I wish I could get a bulk discount, as I go through so much of this, but it's well worth it to help my symptoms.

Fantastic gum!

This flavor holds it flavor for a long time!! The peppermint is definitely the best evdn out of the other ice cube flavors. It also remains softer longer. My favorite flavor! I also appreciate the fact it uses xylitol so it does not promote any decay.

Great gum - high in xylitol

As a dentist I recommend this gum to my patients. This is especially good if you have dry mouth. Xylitol is a sugar substitute that can't be broken down by the bacteria that cause cavities. A lot of other gums claim to have xylitol, but in order to get enough xylitol to help prevent cavities you would need to eat an entire pack. Ice Breakers Ice Cubes have enough xylitol in 1 piece of gum to help prevent cavities. There are other xylitol gums that you can buy from health food stores, but as far as major retailers, this gum has the highest amount of xylitol and it tastes great. I keep a box of the gum in by desk drawer and I have a piece every day after lunch.

AMAZING HEALTH CARE PRODUCT! Miracle of modern science!

This delicious gum is flavored with xylitol, a naturally occurring indigestible sugar that not only prevents cavities and tooth decay, the gum is sticky enough to pull food particles from your teeth. I have done nothing but chew this after eating and rinsing at night with xylitol mouthwash (available on Amazon) with very little brushing and NO FLOSSING and my dentist is AMAZED at the results. Is this product great? No. It's a miracle of modern science. (please remember to find "helpful" or not. It really does make amazon function much better.)

This chewing gum contains xylitol which is the perfect artificial sweetener for chewing gum. Xylitol is something my dentist approves of. It is a moisturizer and according to some it is antibacterial agent

Best gum, great price

I love this gum. The flavor lasts so long. This is an amazing value. It's almost $3 for the 40 count in stores. The main ingredient is Xylitol which has been show to remineralize enamel, starve plaque, and inhibit plaque from sticking to teeth. I chew this religiously. But the grape is my favorite for regular chewing. This is great to freshen the breath up.

Dentist recommended so chew away

I've been chewing this gum for years after I quit smoking. The main reason for this brand specifically was because my dentist actually recommended it. As surprising as that was to hear the reason behind it was the amount of xylitol it has in it. Xylitol is the part that is actually good for your teeth and this particular gum has the most in each piece. I buy it from Amazon as a subscribe and save because I chew that much of it.

The best combo chewing/bubble gum on the market

Top line: Incredible long lasting flavor that is easy to chew and great for blowing bubbles Good: This gum changed my life--okay, that's overstating a bit (but not much for someone that uses it 4-5 times daily). Ice Cubes gum has amazing consistency from first chew; it's soft from the get go and never gets mealy, even after an hour. If you like to blow bubbles, it shines there too: I've blown darn near one foot bubbles on a single piece, and it doesn't stick to facial stubble either. Finally, the flavor sticks around a long time, often for an hour or more. Honestly, it's almost a bad thing as this is my go to clean up method after almost every meal/snack, and sometimes I forget to spit it out after 30 minutes because the flavor is still banging. Nothing comes close to the all around performance of this gum. Bad: The tiny flavor crystals can sometimes stick in your teeth. Also, being a cube shape, there's not an easy way to carry these unless you bring your own pillbox. The price for greatness is the lack of an easy to conceal stick version (maybe the secret to why it's good in the first place). Other: So the flavor works best in the spearmint and peppermint flavors. The fruitier ones don't have the same long lasting flavor, although the consistency/bubble comments hold. I primary use them post meal, and the peppermint is perfect for curbing that sweet craving after a big meal.
