This is a "godsend"!! It is a thing of beauty! I so appreciate this simple product that does what it says it does; it cut my work time in half. Made my life so much easier!! I love that it is electrical & do not have to bother with batteries. (It does have an option for batteries, should the need arise.) I would highly recommend this 3 hole punch.

At long last

This is such a simple concept ,and easy to use I like the feature that it can run on batteries for easy transportation from place to place, and that the product also comes with it's own power adapter, if you prefer. I am able to punch 10 sheets of paper using batteries ( AA ) with no problem at all, simple slide the paper to be punched into punch and press one button. You can punch one hole if you place your paper on the right end of the punch. Like the factor that the bottom of the punch is incased in clear plastic so you can see when you need to empty it through the trap door provided. Maybe only down side is that the unite is made up of mostly plastic, don't no the average life of the unit. Would recommend this product.

I love you little hole puncher!!!!

I teach high school and three hole punching is a must have. Several years ago, I was in a major car accident and I broke my "hole punching arm" (left) real bad. Lately, the plates in my arm have been giving me trouble and this seemingly easy task has been tear jerking. I looked for an electric hole puncher and those I found were out of my budget, until I found this one. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this purchase! It is a one button push and my gosh how pain relieving this is for me on a daily basis!!!!! It works perfectly every time!!! I like the fact that I can use batteries or plug it in. Sometimes I go to a student's desk to help them get organized and can just take it with me. Other times, it's just fine plugged in. I did jam it once (purely my fault) and a couple pushes of the button and it unjammed itself. How's that for special?!?! I highly recommend this product for the quality product and affordable price.

Worth the Extra Few Bucks!

We have been spoiled. We had a small business and invested in an electric hole punch over 25 years ago. Since then we have relied on electrical rather than muscle power to punch holes in paper for filing in binders. I purchased a manual punch at a bricks and mortar office supply store and it just was a paun to try to hold the pages together while attempting to manipulate levers. I compared prices on Amazon, on-line office supply stores, and eBay. This was the best value of any hole punches that I found. My choice was between this one and a slightly less expensive one that punched about half as many pages. After using this one, it was well worth the extra few dollars for the expanded capability. Consistent

This 3-hole punch works great. The paper fits well and the holes are very consistent. It will do 15 pages but not any more. It felt a little flimsy when I opened it but has performed great.

Wonderful Surprising Product

I checked several local stores for an electric 3 hole punch. I was shocked at the high prices. I bought this one through Amazon and was a little dubious because of the low price .... you know the whole "you get what you pay for". Well this is an excellent product. I use it regularly to put some class folders together and it works great. Its fast and easy. I had shoulder surgery and wasn't able to press down on a manual one, so this one does the trick.

At last--relief for my pummeled hands!

This hole punch is so smooth and easy. It punches the holes cleanly without having to stand on it to make it work--or leaving me looking for a sling after punching a few holes. The paper guide is well designed as well. It guides your papers into a tidy little corner so all the separate punches are consistent with each other. Swingline is a company of integrity and they are quick to make sure the customer is satisfied. I've dealt with their products for years, and the couple of items that failed us were soon replaced by equal or better items.

Works great.

Works great! as others have said don't overload it. Its pretty obvious when youre trying to overload it because the papers don't slide in smoothly. If you try to force them it will jam. If used properly it works well makes clear holes and they are always lined up. It definitely beats any manual hole puncher ive ever used. I love the fact that it can work on batteries as well as being plugged in so I have flexibility in where I use it. I just wish the capacity were a little larger
