Great addition to the kitchen!

One of our biggest issues in the kitchen is always the prep space! I loved the idea of this cutting board simply because of the different mats that come with it. Since there are many mats that are labeled for different purposes, cross contamination is never an issue. Additionally, clean up is really easy as we no longer have to clean a wooden board and then maintain the board after washing damage. Great purchase!

Great cutting board!

This is a great cutting board if you are trying to avoid food contamination. I bought it specifically so we could cut veggies on one surface and meats on another. The board itself is great for cutting anything too. The plastic inserts do get cut marks on them but that’s to be expected. The bottom grips are really good so the board doesn’t slide around when your cutting. It was about 2 weeks to actually get the board and it was well worth the wait time. Highly recommend!

Functional; Multiple cutting boards in one place!

Performs exactly as you would expect! The plastic cutting boards are well marked and durable. The top of the board is soft bamboo so make sure you keep an insert on top or you will have little nicks in the wood (oops). I wash the cutting boards within one (max 2) days of using and have soaked them and yet the label is still clear and not flaking off or anything. The fact that I have so many cutting boards in one place without looking like a mess or taking up additional space makes this product extremely worth it

This makes my small kitchen a lot bigger. Rather than having to switch off boards, go and find that other small one and hope its clean, I can move the mat aside and pull out another to cut something else. I periodically clean the wood itself since it's not impervious to germs or damage and so far there's no sign of wear and tear. (I do a quick lysol wipe or similar product, for those curious. Probably wouldn't let it sink in but I'm just getting the surface clean). The mats DO cut up pretty obviously and quickly and they WILL warp in the dish washer but nothing so far that makes them unusable to me. Board stays in place and is nice and stable and seems to actually be a bit quieter than my previous use of plastic (err, the heavy plastic, I don't know what it's called off the top of my head) and gets a lot of use. Overall recommend for anyone with a tiny apartment kitchen and a lot of cutting to be done!

Great option for small kitchens!

This is a really wonderful item for anyone who has space challenges in their home. We use it everyday for a variety of items. There are cutting boards with symbols for meats, poultry, vegetables, and more! This helps us keep our items separated and reduces confusion about what goes where. These all store inside the cutting board too, so you don't lose space. The sheets that go over the cutting board itself are adequate but they did begin to show wear almost immediately. This doesn't keep us from using them but we do think we'll have to replace them next year.

First off I love this product. I purchased this product about 3 years ago. My review is long overdue. I have nothing but positive things to say about this. We use this daily, at least 2 a day. We love cooking so we get a lot of use out of this. It has held up really well and it hasn’t torn or anything. Shipping was so fast, I remember I got it on a weekend and I had just ordered the Friday night before. It was neatly placed on my doorstep. I am not a person who leaves reviews, and actions speak a lot to me. So to remember the details it speaks a lot. I highly recommend this product, you will not regret buying. It is big, prefect for us since we love having cutting space. All the cutting boards it comes with makes it easy to interchange while cooking. You will fall in love with this. You get the best for your buck!

Saves time!

LOVE! I absolutely love this cutting board with sleeves. I didn't realize how much time it saves me as I prep for meals. It's so easy to do your cutting and swap out the sleeve and continue on prepping the meal. I don't have to swap and clean the cutting board in-between prepping. A sleeve for all your needs comes included. There is also the small dip around the edges of the cutting board to prevent liquids from spilling down and over the side. The sleeve DOES NOT slip. It sticks very well and I'm confident cutting and chopping even the smallest pieces. The only negative I have is that I accidentaly sat a hot pan on one of the sleeves and instantly melted the sleeve. It was the clear sleeve for bread and I didn't realize it was on the counter. I had to throw that sleeve away. I haven't been able to find single refills at this time.

Sturdy, Durable, Convenient

I particularly like this board vs. others because the bamboo housing not only conveniently holds the boards but because it's robust and well made. I also like that the cutting sheets aren't electrically colored the way many comparables are. Our household color palette is more subdued and less Sesame Street, so this blends in a little better. The sheets are flexible enough but sturdy, and while they'll mark over time with chopping and slicing, it would take some serious hacking to get through them and down to the bamboo. Love that it consolidated 4 other 1/2" thick cutting boards into one, making for easier storage, too. **UPDATE** After a week of use, the board developed a crack along the grain of the bamboo. Bamboo is notorious for being a fickle mistress, that way, so I wasn't surprised, though I was disappointed. I contacted Seville directly and, after sending in a picture, they sent me a replacement board quickly. So, while the initial quality failed to meet expectations, the customer service will keep my review at a 5 star rating.

A MUST HAVE!!!!!

All I can say is thank you to whom ever invented this cutting board!! I have purchased 4 now, started out with Christmas gifts for the kids then we HAD to have one for ourselves!!!!! I will keep this on my save for later page because it will be my go to for a VERY NICE gift!!!!! Our kids LOVE them!!!! SO EASY to clean and how GREAT that it stays put while cutting!!! They make a great gift for ANYTIME, birthday, wedding, bridal shower, house warming ect!!!

Great and, fantastic product.

I love this cutting board. I was looking for a cutting board for a long time and, didn’t want to spend tons of money. I like to thrift for this and, that and sometimes if I get lucky, I can find one that nobody has used before. ( I will not use used cutting board. That’s a little icky). So I broke down and, bought this I was not sure how the plastic would do on top of this and if it would hold in place. It is great. You are cutting up meat and, then get done. You can throw it in the sink. Plus I love cutting up vegetables. You can take the whole color plastic top of and, put it in the pot or pan, whatever your cooking. Great product. Yes I will buy from this seller again. Sometimes you just got to break down and, buy good quality merchandise. Yes this cutting board is as big as it says. You will love it.
