Great everday glasses yet fancy enough for special occasions.

Just ordered a second set of 12 of these wonderful goblets (we're a family of klutzes and are hard on glassware). That said, these hold up very well, look fancy yet are good for everyday use. We especially like it that they're packaged with cardboard dividers to separate each one for safe travel to our house. When we need more, we'll order again -- I hope they never stop making these and that Amazon continues to carry them.

Great quality glasses!

Love them!! I recently purchased a new dinner table and the glasses I had kept sweating and the condensation was going through the placemat and ruining the new table. So I searched for goblet glasses and found these. I like that they are very sturdy. I went to several local stores and the glass was really thin. These Libbey glasses are a bit thicker so perfect for everyday use and they look pretty on the dinner table!!

Better than average

These everyday glasses are just right. Not too formal and a more elegant version of a water or lemonade glass. Quality is good and fits nicely in dishwasher.

Inexpensive, sturdy & pretty.

I've wanted some every day quality water goblet sized glasses for a while and finally ordered some for a party when I didn't have enough of my expensive ones. I like the weight and feel of these. They're clear and the rim is Round and smooth. I've been putting them in the dishwasher and they seem to be fine. At this price I don't have to worry if one breaks accidentally. They are nice enough for a party place setting too. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect glass to have in your home

This is the perfect glass to have in your home. If you have a chance to snag some, I highly recommend it. I got rid of all my other glasses (tumblers, beer, etc.) that I purchased a while back when I got my first place. The stem gives this glass an elegance for everyday use without being overly fussy and fits in nicely on dining table and buffets for entertaining. Every time I grab one from the cabinet it gives me a notch up on feeling a bit special...like you're out at a nice restaurant. Perfect for water, juice, soda, beer, ice tea, lemonade...in essence most beverages. It also pairs nicely with basic wine glasses for dinner parties. Very sturdy. No worries about breaking easily. Holds up well in dishwasher without scratching. So very happy with this purchase!!!

Great water glasses for dinner parties or every day use!

I have some water glasses that I purchased at Pottery Barn years ago. And every time I broke a couple or some came up missing, I would head back to Pottery Barn and purchase more. Well, not sure what happened, but Pottery Barn no longer carries them! I was panicking because I LOVE these water glasses. They are great for dinner parties and just everyday use. I looked online and found these Libbey glasses. Online, they looked identical to the ones I currently own. I decided to take a risk and purchase these. I figured they would be close enough. Well, I'm so glad I bought them! They are not identical to the ones from Pottery Barn (the stem is a smidge wider), but unless one looks VERY closely, one cannot tell the difference! And they are much more reasonably priced than the ones from Pottery Barn (at $8 each). These are absolutely perfect!

My Favorite Glasses

I used to purchase these glasses at Pottery Barn, but recently they stopped carrying them. I'm so glad I was able to purchase them on line. They are just the right weight--not too heavy or too light. The stem makes it easier to hold than a regular cooler glass and they shine like crystal (they're not) after numerous washings in the dishwasher--often a year or more. And they look beautiful on the table. A great buy!

Perfect for me

I love these. I drink water from wine glasses. I don't really drink alcohol, but I like to be fancy. It's the little things in life. My other ones had gotten broken and I wanted a full set to hang in my wine holder, so I bought these. These are really nice. They're sturdy with thick glass, which is what I want since I use them every day. 10 out 10. Would purchase again.

Great for holidays and every day

We got these glasses 14 years ago as part of our wedding registry. We started with 8 glasses and added 4 more the first time we hosted a large family dinner. Since then we've purchased a couple more boxes to replace glasses we broke. They are not fragile and can withstand some clanking and rough use. But they won't survive a fall or a knock against the granite countertop. My husband mixes protein shakes in them regularly, and the powder does scratch the glass, but they still look good. Despite losing several to breaks, we keep buying them because they are timeless, look great, and are super functional. And, 14 years later, I can still find them easily! That's a huge plus. They hold a lot of water and are sturdy without looking bulky. They are great for every-day use and also look nice enough for a holiday meal. Highly recommend.
