Ravensburger Puzzle

I have not given this puzzle to my grandson, yet, but I know it will be a great gift that we can enjoy together. I gave the Ravensburger 100 piece puzzle as a gift to my other grandson and it is made with such quality that I expect this 200 piece puzzle to be just as good. I look forward to getting a 300 piece puzzle as the boys grow up.

Perfect for "Great Grandma"

Love the quality of Ravensburger puzzles. I get them for my 93 year-old Mom when she visits, and they keep her entertained for hours. The pieces are thick and you can tell when they do or don't fit together. Tried the 500 piece puzzles first, but they were a bit too small for her to do by herself. The smaller pieces were harder to "see" where they fit and also much harder for her to handle with her fingers. This size (essentially for ages 8+) works perfectly for her - she can pretty much do the puzzle with very little help from me. She loved the picture of the Ocean Turtles.

Great for 88 year old.

This large piece puzzle is great for my 88 year old mother! She still loves puzzles, but it's getting hard for her to do the smaller non-interlocking pieces.

my nephew liked this Christmas present a lot.

My nephew received this on Christmas evening & with a little help from his mother and I had it finished before bedtime. He told his sister it wasn't a good puzzle it was a great puzzle. (He thought it had come from her). When he was told it was from me he said I was awesome and hugged me, both are rare coming from him. Then he hugged me again when went to bed and didn't need anyone to tell him to thank me.

This one has good colors and distinctive shapes. It is a winner for our puzzle-loving 5 year old grand-son. He can work it on his own.

Great puzzle. Very vibrant

This is a great puzzle. It is a good challenge and that's why you do a jigsaw puzzle. I wish Ravensburger would include a poster with the picture, which would be awesome.

Best Puzzles Always!

If you want to be sure of the quality, just know that if you choose Ravensburger, you have purchased the best and it is well worth any additional cost (if there is even a difference). You can be confident that as a gift it will be impressive, the puzzle will be designed well and be enjoyable to work on. The pieces consistently fit, are sized according to difficulty and make for a worthwhile activity. I came to realize a long time ago that there is so much variation in puzzle piece quality that it's just a waste of money to trust any other brand.

Fits tight and looks great once finished.

This puzzle took about two hours my kids to finish (with some adult supervision). They are four and six, so this is appropriate if you like the puzzles to last a couple of hours. If not, you can go for fewer pieces, of course, but kids love the challenge. This set is well constructed and the pieces fit tightly. Very good puzzle set. Made in Germany.
