• RPG gameplay in which players work their way through challenges they can level characters up with experience points.
  • One featuring Bowser as a playable character, and the other revolving around the microbe-sized Mario, Luigi and Peach.
  • Integrated gameplay action which the player toggles between, where Mario and Luigi must solve puzzles and challenges
  • DS/DSi integrated gameplay in which players must turn their Nintendo DS/DSiDSi system sideways
  • Distinctive Nintendo humor featuring the same hilarious dialogue that has been the hallmark of the Mario & Luigi series.
  • Blow into the microphone or tap on the touch screen with the stylus to keep up with the action.

Great as expected, Thanks.

Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story is one of my favorite Mario games. The graphics are beautiful, this game had hard bosses, a humor story, the controls are the same from the last Mario and Luigi game except you are playing Bowser because you have to blow on the microphone and touch on the touch screen during his huge form boss battles, even awesome Bro moves and Bowser's devastating moves. For the first time in Mario and Luigi games: Bowser is a playable character. This game had 3 different battles for the player: Mario and Luigi battles, normal Bowser battles, and huge Bowser battles. It starts the unusual when Bowser is ready to kidnap Peach again, but is foiled by Mario again. Bowser meets a strange person wearing a cloak, speaking funny, and awards a strange mushroom to Bowser. It was Fawful who gave Bowser a vacuum mushroom that he ate and he inhaled everything in sight even The Mario Bros, Toad, Starlow, and Peach. Inside Bowser, Mario and Luigi can make Bowser stronger than before, they can make Bowser huge to fight huge bosses on his own when he is in serious danger and Bowser can be a powerful fighter in his own battles. Will the Mario Bros and Bowser save the Mushroom Kingdom from the goofy and crazy Fawful before he gets a certain something from the depths of Mushroom Kingdom and rules the Mushroom Kingdom with a iron fist. If you love Mario RPG games, Mario and Luigi games are a recommended.

I liked that nothing was damged and it came right on time. But since it was used i noticed the previous owner didnt bother to erase past saved game files. Other than that this was a great choice and it keeps me entertained, even though the game can be a little rediculus with all the different monsters you have to fight and their numerous amounts of different attacks. It's still a good game

A few things about my gaming style before I go on with my review. First, I like FPS, action, TPS/view and some fighting games. I always despise RPG turn-based games, ever since a friend let me borrow a final fantasy game, which quite honestly, now that I think about it, didn't give a chance to. Anyway, that's my gaming taste, but.... ....then I bought Mario & Luigi Browser's Inside Story and my ENTIRE perspective of RPG has been changed and for good. This game has managed to change my mind, in fact, after playing it, I went around looking for other RPG games, including Final Fantasy! Of course, I also ended up buying Mario & Luigi Partners in time. Now, the game....like I said before, I never liked turn-based games, I'm a button smasher, but the minute I started playing this game, I was hooked, I could not put it down. The story, the controls, the graphics (used on a 3DS),the sound, the entire package is well done and balanced. The story begins at the castle, of course, there's an attack, Peach is taken, oh Peach, she's hopeless...moving on...this dark power takes over...So througout the story, you'll be placed in the shoes...claws of Bowser, who is freaking hilarious, playing as him is a unique experience that everybody should go through. Later one you will be in the shoes of Mario & Luigi, most of the time it will be Mario, but during segments of the game, you will also play as Luigi, never the less, the entire experience makes this one of the best, most fun games I've played in a very long time. You will swap between Bowser and the Bros for combined actions and will also get power ups in the form of Bowser's spike bracelet, Marios shoes, amongst others.... I can't go into any more detail without spoiling the experience. So you'll have to find out for yourself. There's no voice, well, there is, but only from Mario & Luigi, but is jiberish Italian, which is some of the funiest I've seen. Anyway, the entire game is done with captions, gestures. The music, is on par with everything that happens in the game, it's not theatrical material, but it is decent and doesn't overwhelm the FX sounds of the game, plus, it isn't cheesy, at all. A big plus for me. I played all my DS games on a 3DS and the quality of this one is not different. It looks colourful, sharp, perfect. I have nothing to complaint about the graphics. Each pixel has been done according to the game's formula we've all come to love over the years. You will be right at home. Controls: Consider this, I am absolutely NEW at RPGs. And this game was as easy as it could be for a newbie like me. Every single input translated into an accurate output. I did not notice a single problem, none whatsoever. The entire experience was a smooth, pleasant ride; there isn't ackward button lay-outs or combos. At instances, you will have to use the stylus, but doing so, was easy, quick and problem free. Like I said, this is a well balanced game. You will also need to use the DS/3DS microphone and the ocational vertical viewing, but again, both are smooth and easy to use. So, if you are an RPG gamer and like Mario franchise, then this is "the" package for you; a fun, exciting story, tight controls and good graphics, plus tons of humor. If you are new, like me, trust me when I say this. You will love this game. For me it was like opening the Pandora's Box of RPG. It gave me a new perspective about the gaming style and also set the standard, at least for me, that every RPG game should be like this.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. She and I both enjoy playing it. She likes that you are playing inside of Boswer and I like the fact that you can BE Bowser. She hasn't gotten too far in to the game yet, so I think she will enjoy playing it for many hours to come. My 5 year old also tries to play it, but it is a little too advanced for her. Although they both just got their first DSI systems a month ago, so she might find this game to be easier once she is a more experienced player.

My daughter loves it!! It is entertaining and challenging. The package arrive so soon. Earlier that I expected and the condition of the game was as the seller has said.

The shipment was fast and the game was in great condition. The gameplay, the artwork, the storyline and the characters make it very enjoyable and interesting to play! I had played some of the other RPG's from the Mario&Luigi series but I really liked this one the most! The only complaint I had is the game had a glitch and I was unable to do the Mushroom Ball Hunting Sidequest because the game would freeze every time I tried to play that certain sidequest. But I think it was the way this certain DS cartridge was. Anyway, overall, I recommend this game to anyone that loves the Mario series and RPG's!

Not much more to say that hasn't already been said. Easily one of, if not the, best games for the DS. Fun, very playable, good story. Worth every penny paid, even at "just came out" prices. My only gripes are minor: It felt a tad short, though maybe I was just hungry for more. Some people feel that maybe Bower's gone a bit soft, and doesn't hold much clout as a bad guy. Then again, the Mushroom Kingdom isn't exactly a dismal wasteland with heinous villains, so it's really not so bad. How can you go wrong in a game where you get to command a giant dragon turtle as he fights buildings? You can't. Must-buy.

This is the latest iteration in the Mario and Luigi series of RPGs for handheld consoles. Like its predecessors, this game is well-designed, a lot of fun to play, and has great writing. It makes some use of the DS' touch-screen and microphone, but is primarily played with the usual control pad and buttons. The basic idea in this game is that Princess Peach gets kidnapped (no surprise here) and Mario and Luigi need to travel the Mushroom Kingdom and beyond to rescue her. What's new is the fact the player also gets to control Bowser, and for a substantial part of the game Mario and Luigi are shrunk to a small size and actually inside of Bowser! There's a distinct difference in how Bowser and Mario/Luigi fight, which serves to keep the gameplay fresh, and there are many times where what Bowser does influences what Mario and Luigi experience inside of him. Combat with both Bowser and Mario/Luigi should be familiar to anyone who's played a Mario RPG game before. Battles are turn-based, with carefully timed button presses an integral part of both attacking and defending. Good timing is important, but not too hard to execute with a little bit of attention. An ingenious part of the game design is that different monsters have different cues for when you should defend, so that as you move from one area to another combat remains interesting. Some of the special moves make use of the touch screen, and behave like short mini-games. There are a few minor annoying parts of the game - I found the encounters where Bowser gets super-sized to be difficult to control, and it would be nice if you could just automatically win battles with monsters much weaker than your own, but these problems aren't a big deal. The look of the game and the sound and music are really great. The game world is brightly colored and well animated, while the music is catchy without being annoying. The game itself is also quite long; you should expect a typical play-through to take somewhere in the neighborhood of thirty to forty hours. There are a few secrets and optional extras to explore after finishing the main storyline, although these are not as involved as what you might find in other RPGs. This game is one of the best RPGs available on the DS right now, and I highly recommend it for any fan of the genre, or for people interested in seeing what RPGs are like. There is a lot of dialogue and text, so if you're getting this game for a young child make sure he or she is willing to read. As long as you don't expect to find a platformer (heck, even if you expected a platformer), you'll have great fun playing this game.

If you've ever been an 8 year old boy, or longed to be one, this game will appeal to your childhood desires. Mario and Luigi (and the Princess and some other friends) get sucked into Bowser's body after a new evil genius tricks Bowser into eating some nasty food. For the rest of the game, you switch between Mario and Luigi exploring the inside of Bowser to running around the Mushroom Kingdom as Bowser (setting things on fire and punching them). The wonderful things about this game: The original story- yes, its Mario and Luigi, but the story is just awesome The simplicity of controls, even though the variety of actions available is broad (you won't find yourself using more than one or two buttons in a row). The dialogue is simply hilarious the ability to walk around and blow things up in the Mushroom Kingdom as Bowser The new tricks and fun (for example, at one point, Boswer gets minions- Goomba minions is a move you can use) Lots of playtime (good value) What you may not like: Its not complicated- if you like game that really challenge you to hit series of buttons or target things, this isn't for you the story (and action available) is linear I haven't finished it yet, (in fact, I'm writing this review because my DS battery died while playing), but I love it already. By the way, if you haven't tried it yet, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, is designed similarly, and I loved that game too.
