Toilet Lift seat Really Functional.

Illness caught us by surprise and wife too weak, bathroom too narrow, toilet too low and myself too weak to get her off normal toilet. Two things you need is this toilet seat no other.. This one) and a "Gait Belt (Hospital had)" that goes around waist and has grip handles on back to help lift or stable a person. . This seat looks terrific, shape is perfect. Be sure you get the sloping one. Fit s perfect. Our toilet is the lowest regular toilet and bowl sold at the leading store. This seat feels great and really really took away my stress I was left with. I can now, with little help, get my wife up. I also have surround lift bars from before which makes this a breeze.. Very easy to install

Very easy to install. Take literally about 2 minutes. I did NOT have to remove existing toilet seat. I purchased the 4" when I had my right hip replaced and was dreading how terrible a raised toilet seat would make my bathroom look. It actually does NOT look that bad...and I chose this one because I wanted a LID. The lid can be sat on (I weigh about 110 pounds)...but am reluctant to STAND on it. I recovered from total hip surgery within about 2 weeks and really don't have to have this raised toilet seat anymore. However, it is so comfortable and easy to clean etc., I am leaving it on until about the 4-month mark. And, I'll save it for the time I will likely to have other ballet/gymnastics joints replaced. THANK GOD for modern surgical techniques. Otherwise I'd be in a wheelchair instead of back on the ski slopes. Thank you God.

Raised Toilet Seat

Have bought others and I was unhappy with all of them. I had surgery and could not put weight on my foot. My toilet is real low to the floor so I needed to add height. I found this one on Amazon liked that it screwed on to the toilet bowl and had a cover so I ordered it and I love it. So easy to put on and cleans up so nice. I ordered another one for my elderly mother.

Aids your body mechanics for ease of sitting and rising off toilet

as a plumber I always recommended that people replace their old toilet with a handicap height toilet because it made using the toilet easier especially as you get older. that was only for an extra 2 inches in height. this is 4 inches and makes a world of difference. this seat is made for both men and women to use and that is a big plus. the only downside is the 2 screws to secure to bowl don't hold it like they should. this is due to the fact everybody sits down differently and will rock the seat side to side. I found that if you apply velco strips on each side the seat will stay in place and should last for years - as a retired plumber that is 73 years old this is a big help to me and I highly recommend using one

Aquasense Raised Toilet Seat riser helped hip pain.

Helps with low, low toilets when traveling. We go away two weeks a year to same condo/time share. Used this eat riser and helped tremendously reduce hip pain. Enjoyed vacation so much better while in less hip pain. Fit on seat of original round toilet seat, no problem.

BEST raised toilet seat!

I had my doubts. My 98-Yr Old mother lives with me and requested an elevated toilet seat. This could not have been easier to install and fit right over our existing toilet seat (which I was thrilled about since the bolts were underneath and would have been extremely difficult to loosen and remove) The 2 fastening screws easily adjust to the width of the existing toilet seat and are confidently secure!!! It’s also very comfortable and Mama is quite happy with it! It gets an A+ from skeptical me!!!!

Perfect

I bought this for when my aging mom visits. The people who built the house obviously put in toilets with their children in mind. I was worried it would be really tall at 4", but it's just right. We've had no issues with it slipping, I might suggest if you are having those problems, make sure you're lifting both lids and installing it right onto the toilet. My husband doesn't like to use it so it's easier to 'store' on one of the toilets I use and I like it, it's easier on my damaged knees. When she comes to our house, I move it to the main floor bathroom for her convenience. We've had it for several months, and I use it a couple of times a week, it's really secure. I like that it has it's own lid so we can still close it off. Highly recommend!

Love this seat!

When I purchased this seat, it was because I moved to house with old, very low toilets. I immediately hurt my knee and was unable to "potty" without considerable strain to my knee. This is a God-send! I have since moved 3 times, taking this seat with me. I also broke my femur and this seat was much better than the "recommended" seat from my insurance company! It is just high enough, solid, easy to attach to the toilet, and easy to clean (and keep clean.)

GREAT IF HAVING A JOINT REPLACEMENT

Although the directions say to remove your existing toilet seat, it can also work on my toilet with the original seat and lid in the raised position which is nice if you are having company and want to remove it. For my actual surgery this week, I will remove the original seat and lid and install this to insure that it is as snug as possible. The opening at the front is helpful when using a hand held bidet. I also purchased the portable model for another toilet and it too feels quite secure. The advantage to the portable is that it is simple to remove and put in a bag and carry with you if you have to travel or visit people who do not have high toilets. The zippered grocery store bags are the perfect size to keep the contents private and handy. A very good product at a very reasonable price. It is also very easy to clean.

Great for people with disabilities! Easy to install too!

Perfect for someone tall who has a disability and is unable to get up off of a lower seat. I have a handle on the wall that I slide myself off of after I'm done and my legs don't go numb real quick because I'm 6'5" tall, I weigh 240 lb and it makes it easier to get up and down off of the toilet. My parents liked it so much that I bought them one also.
