This stuff smells like an old person's medicine cabinet, and it will scare you after the first time you change the diaper and forget you rubbed pink stuff all over their bottom.... BUT IT IS AMAZING!!! When my LO starts showing any signs of a rash ( usually from acidic foods) I use it and it stops it so fast!! I also use it at night now to prevent rashes. I have used every ointment they make, no kidding. This is one of the worst smelling (desitin max strength wins in that category ),but it works the best.

Miracle in a Tube

I never write reviews, but absolutely had to for this honest to goodness miracle in a tube! Our newborn daughter suffered from a horrible diaper rash (bright red, chapped, sores) that we battled for over 3 weeks using a myriad of different diaper creams before we tried Pinxav. In just 24 hours of using Pinxav for the first time her little bottom was SIGNIFICANTLY improved and now a few weeks later you can't even tell she had any diaper rash. I can't recommend this product enough and will always give a tube of it to friends and family expecting a baby.

The only cream that worked!

My daughter has been teething, leading to acidic diarrhea. Nothing worked, not even a prescription from the doctor. Her skin kept getting worse and worse. I did a lot of research online and found that PINXAV has aluminum hydroxide, which is an antacid found in medications like Maalox. While waiting for the PINXAV to arrive I mixed antacid in with her diaper cream and started seeing immediate improvements. The PINXAV arrived and is so much easier to apply than making my own mixture. She went from red, raw, bleeding skin, to almost completely healed in a couple of days. I will only use PINXAV from now on, it is the best!

Pinxav had good reviews so decided to buy a tube

I was surfing Amazon for a diaper cream for my grandson. He is prone to very serious diaper rashes every time he has a BM/diaper.. Pinxav had good reviews so decided to buy a tube. This cream is amazing! Clears up his diaper rash up to the next diaper change. I had never heard of it before, but now recommending to friends with babies. My daughter bought 2 tubes after she saw the results! This is far better than Desitin or other diaper creams on the market. I highly recommend this product. I've not seen it in stores except for Amazon.

I love this stuff!

The perfect butt cream. It is thick but not chalky/greasy, it actually absorbs into the skin a bit. My kid has had zero diaper rash thanks to this stuff. It smells like cloves which is amazing. This is one of my favorite baby products ever, I really can't recommend it enough!

I have tried a million diaper creams and I hard of this by friend recommendation. Honestly it works the best at getting rid of rash and has kept my sons diaper rash away since I began using it. I am sad I didn't have this earlier in his life when we were fighting off diaper rashes left and right. I haven't been able to find it in stores around here so I will keep ordering it. (just FYI the cream is pink colored and this freaked out our day care provider at first).

Single best product for diaper rash

Everyone has different opinions on remedies for diaper rash. Some of the common names and home remedy mixes are good for basic irritation, but PINXAV is perfect for when you need the big guns. Rash out of control and extreme? I'm telling you, there's nothing better than PINXAV. We now ignore baby registries that ask for anything else and buy this instead - to glowing reviews in the months following. We stopped buying the other brand, mixing with an antacid, all that crap. Just buy this.

Miracle in a tube.

My sister swears by this stuff but I figured it can’t be that great, right? Wrong! It clears up mild diaper rash in a few hours and moderate rash in less than a day. Neither my husband nor I can believe it even after using it for two years. It does stain and it does have a distinct odor similar to bengay, but when your child’s diaper rash is healed as if by magic, you won’t care.

Two weeks after my son was born he got a rash that his doctor initially thought was yeast, but a week after Nystatin use his rash had only got worse. No matter how much diaper free time we gave him, or how much diaper cream we slathered on his rash would not go away. His doctor finally gave him a steroid cream the same day we got the Pinxav. His rash had FINALLY cleared up within a couple of days. We continued to use the Pinxav after his rash had cleared. I didn’t realize how amazing this stuff is until I ran out. His bus broke out in a rash the day after running out and having to use leftover of a different brand. I reordered a tub and a tube of Pinxav right away and as soon as I started using it again his rash cleared up! This is a MUST have! I won’t use anything else!

Our Miracle Cure!

This stuff is AMAZING. My aunt runs a daycare and she told me about this. I have a 14 month old (only child so far) and she has very sensitive skin. so she tends to get diaper rash pretty easily. This stuff clears it up in no time. I mean it is like a miracle cure! Yes it does smell kind of terrible, and it can stain if you get it on your clothes, but that is all worth it for a comfortable, happy, and healthy baby!
