I run them through a Behringer PMX 2000 powered mixer which I also recommend.

light and bright

i replaced my ancient jbl 12" pa speakers with these. half the weight and size. tweets are bright and the 12" is thumpy. can easily cary both, one in each hand with the handy handles. i could go into detail about the sound quality but the key for me is how light and tight they are. make work much easier.

A clear sweet sound!!!

I'm a musician (singer) I have Mackie's SRM 450's, Thump's TH-12A's, and YAMAHA's speakers to name a few, and definitively this are clear winners. Very happy with their clear sound. Highly recommended!!!

Mind Blown

I bought these to DJ at a local Anime/Gaming convention that my friend was starting up. Finally got a chance to test them out today, and I was blown away. I have them hooked up to a Behringer EPQ1200 and I couldn't turn it all the way up for fear of my windows breaking. My primary concern was that there would be a lack of bass, and there is and isn't at the same time. It pounds and punches, but doesn't have that low resonance that a woofer does. I am happy with the bass response from them, and it exceeded my expectations. I tested it with all different kinds of music to get a feel for it. Everything from the West Side Story soundtrack, to Katy Perry, to Progressive Dubstep, to Van Halen, and to video game soundtracks. Everything sounded crystal clear, powerful, and strong with no distortion what so ever. I will update this review after the convention when I get to really let loose with them.

Best in class for the price.

You can't go wrong with this speaker system. For the price it's the best in its class on the market. I've had several over the years and just keep going back to them. (The only reason I keep going back to them is because well-intentioned volunteer roadies who work without checking with me first damage the speakon connectors through rough man-handling.)

Awesome speaker

I found out about this speaker when I went to a friend's party. At the party, he played music through this speaker system. The sound was loud, clear, and stereo sound. I loved it and decided to buy it.
