Lots of sunflower seeds!

So far I’m very pleased with the purchase. No bugs spotted in the bag, expiration date is about 1 year from now and my bird seems reasonably happy with the selection of goodies. Only complaint I have is that it’s loaded with corn which my boy isn’t a big fan. On the bright side, it’s equally loaded with sunflower seeds (his absolute favorite).

Best value I've seen. My sun conure loves it. No shortage of variety in there. Other brands similar cost over double.

Good food!

I buy this food all the time, i think its a good value for your money and is fortified with vitamins and my african grey likes it.

The only seed mix I give my parrot

I have a mid-sized parrot (a Lesser Jardines), and, like most parrot-owners, I supplement her diet with a selection of soft and (hopefully) nutritious foods, but provide a seed mixture and treats as well that she can access throughout the day. I've experimented in the early years with different mixes, and the proportions of the nuts and seeds in this mix are just right for her. Lighter on sunflower seeds than other mixes, this mix is tasty and varied enough to keep her interest. Although it has cereal bits and pellets in it as well, I still prefer to add a little portion of Zupreem Fruit Blend Diet for Medium Birds, 2-Pound each day, for the all-important color factor. In fact, more bright color is really the only thing missing from Kaytee Forti Diet Pro Health. It doesn't seem to stop her from eating it, though, so it's not a big deal.

Charlie my macaw gives this seed mix 5 stars! He gets this mix as a treat and he devours it. Great quality product:)

Good quality and affordable

My Goffin Cockatoo uses his seed more to stick in his down feathers than he does eating it. Most of the time in the early morning he cracks his seeds and rats them, but then by the time I'm up he's done. Then he waits to see a person eating, or us feeding the dogs, and his does his version of begging, which involves blood curdling screams. He doesn't really like large pieces, like nuts or whole dried fruits, but he eats the small seeds in this mix. Got these bags at huge discounts for $5 each

My birds love this

I try to give my two birds a variety of foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and bird pellets. They also like the seeds that are in this food, so it offers them something different. I have an African Gray and a Senegal Parrot. I would not rely solely on this food, as all birds need fresh, nutritious foods in their diet.

My girl loves this. She's a supremely picky beast (she's a CAG) and this is one of the few foods she doesn't shovel to the bottom of her cage Update. Absolutely Annabelle's preferred food. I've tried all kinds of foods, including a broad variety of brands of pellets that she totally detests and alternately flings at me and shovels to the bottom of her cage. I'm not sure the squirrels I ended up giving it to even ate the stuff. Anyway, this seed is consistent. It is clean and she eats it and is happy. Win X 3. I am glad I have this on auto ship.

Kaytee Forti Diet Pro Health Bird Food for...

I'm likely not the only one that didn't like the price hike. Kaytee Forti Diet is the best though. So after griping about it, I realize if you buy this 8 pound bag, your getting what it normally would cost. So you will just be stocking up, but you do have the best, To me it is worth it, so plan on stocking up. Nice variety of seeds, and peanuts. I have been using this brand for about 2 decades.
