I was concerned that these would be lightweight aluminum cookie sheets mislabeled (as frequently happens here). But these are true sheet pans, heavy in weight, retain and distribute heat evenly. One of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. I just roasted 2 heads of broccoli, 2 heads of cauliflower, sheet potatoes and Brussels sprouts — and these sheet pans performed beautifully. I have an awful small oven in a tiny apartment and am so glad the manufacturer makes this size. So many thumbs up. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I'm glad to have found these pans on Amazon. Ordered 2 pans, glad I did. When they arrived I was pleased the sturdiness of these pans and its size. Definitely restaurant quality. I was looking for a big sturdy pan especially to use outside to carry stuff to BBQ. Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe. These pans have a Teflon finish with a ribbed bottom. Fits perfect in kitchen oven. Take care of these pans and they should last a lifetime. Made in USA! Highly recommend!

I went with jelly roll pan for the sides of the pan. It holds up in temps of 500, does not warp. I do not wash in dishwasher. It is super easy to clean, no stickiness from food made on the baking sheet. Light in color which is best based on my experience in using dark pans. Making cookies a breeze on this baking sheet for example. Darker colored pans seem to brown bottom of cookies faster than the rest of the cookies. The surface of the pan is something that makes this pan special and I have looked in big box stores and have not found an equivalent. Clean this pan with a wet cloth with a little soap andcomes out perfectly clean, no residue stains from what was cooked on the pan. The surface ensures that what you cook is cooked evenly on both sides. Great for all types of food.

Honestly speaking, I was expecting something larger. (Not that the dimensions weren't clearly advertised.) Perhaps because a podcast chef referred to a "Standard quarter sheet pan" that was much larger than this one. It might have been a full sheet I saw in the video, but having said all that, I was very impressed with the heft and solidity of this, compared to cheap-o ones I've gotten in the supermarket. It is TOTALLY nonstick and easy to clean. Very happy with the purchase.

I love these for baking but admit when I love them the most is when I make Almond Roca or Peanut Brittle - For years I've buttered the pan I poured the hot mix out on (at 300°) then had excess butter - I was thrilled to find I have to put nothing on them but pour the hot candy on the pan and spread it out and when it cools it just lifts off. The first time I used the muffin pans I couldn't believe they were NON STICK and used the spray on them but then realized they are what they say and the muffins just drop right out and a whiz to wash. I am constantly spreading how great they are.

I found my originals and Sur LaTable and have been hooked ever since. The pans are solid, non stick and come in a variety of sizes. The Jelly roll size fits my new Breville smart oven perfectly. Great for oven baking Salmon and other fish. Tater tots and fries cook evenly and crispy. Food if cooked below 400 degrees doesn't stick. Very easy to clean. I use others for small lasagna and other bake dishes. Great product, i highly recommend them.

Be warned... once you use a USA Pan you won't want to use anything else. They are wonderful! I have commercial pans that are twenty something years old and thought they were the best till I used my mom's USA cookie sheets. Wow, what a difference, the cookies slide right off every time. The ridges ensure everything bakes evenly, no hot spots. They are as sturdy as my old commercial pans. Nothing sticks, so clean up is as easy as can be. Can't wait to use this jelly roll pan. The pictures are of the Mini Cake Pan I used to make burger buns, but you can see how nicely they turned out and how there was no sticking. Since using mom's pans I have slowly been replacing all my bakeware with these pans and highly recommend them.

This brand, USA Pan, is my favorite brand for baking pans. I have relied on this brand for years and they never have failed me. First of all, this pan has many uses for the home baker. Not just for jelly rolls. You can use it to cook so many foods from cookies to French fries and more. But that being said, it is the ideal size for making a jelly roll. Yes, it is coated for ease in releasing the food you cook but you cannot see the coating. I still recommend using a baking spray. Although you must wash this pan in hot soapy water before the first use, do not put it in a dish washer. The type of detergent used for dish washers will harm the finish. When you make a jelly roll use a sponge cake recipe or find a reliable recipe for a jelly roll. Over the years I have acquired many special baking pans and often they have recipes developed especially for them. I have a loose leaf binder to store these recipes so they are all in one place and easy to find. At the top of the recipe I have noted and highlighted which pan they are intended for. You will enjoy this pan.

I've got several sizes of these, and wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review. I have finally found real quality nonstick sheet pans really ARE nonstick, and really STAY nonstick. I use these for everything, but the original reason was for my Buffalo Wings, which I bake @425°. For decades I did them on a "nonstick" roasting rack in a "nonstick" roasting pan. But I got tired of the not-so-nonstick clean-up. Every other "nonstick" sheet pan I've tried since has allowed the skin to stick so that it actually comes off. These really are well-made, substantial pans. I do not wash them in the dishwasher, but you can pretty much clean them with a paper towel (if you're not in to sink washing!). I really do love these!

We have used this pan quite a few times paired with a silicone mat. We absolutely love it! I can't believe we ever cooked with out it! We made a really messy dish that is usually so hard to clean and it literally just all wiped off! I guess the extra coating on the pan actually really helped! The only thing was that it did warp while it was in the oven but it did go back to the way it was after it cooled. So don't be alarmed if you see this happen to you!
