I gained 39lbs after one sip
Okay...maybe I exaggerated on the weight a little. I’ve tried lots of protein shakes/weight gainers over the years. So far, this is my favorite. First off, it tastes great. I personally love the vanilla custard because it can easily be mixed with other ingredients or drank alone. I also appreciate how the nutrition facts are based off of 1 scoop (not 2 scoops like competitors). Sometimes I use half a scoop which still gives me 30g protein and fills a whole cup. Great ingredients, tasty, easy to mix, doesn’t upset the stomach, and a great value. I haven’t used it long enough yet to mention my increase in weight or muscle but I have used Optimum Nutrition products before and they never disappoint.

Much better
I’ve been using this product for about three days now and I like it much better than a similar product that I purchased last time from the same company. The other mass gainer vanilla powder had 251 g of carbs per serving. All these carbs were making me feel bloated, giving me a stomachache and the product left a bad taste in my mouth for at least 12 hours. This new product has only 85 g of carbs per serving, more protein and does not leave a bad taste in my mouth. I will soon find out if it helps me to gain some mass but so far so good. I really like this product

Sickest protein powder ever
Optimum Nutrition Pro Gainer is one of my favorites. I recommenced getting the vanilla flavor since it taste good by itself and it is easily mix with other thing to change the flavor. I like to add cinnamon to my protein shakes and it taste so good. It is also packed full of vitamins and minerals that your body needs. It is really an all in one bundle with plenty of protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

Hit those macros and build some muscle
I'm six foot, lean at 165lbs, and very active. Getting enough calories to build muscle is tough for me. A gainer is a great weigh to hit your numbers and not pack on belly far during a bulking phase. The taste is okay. Tolerable. But it's not loaded with sugar and fat like others. So that is the trade off. Must use a blender, as it's a lot of powder to mix. Know that the scoop doesn't not provide an entire serving. Which is 165 grams. The scoop weighs twenty grams, and provides 120 grams at best. Personally, I take half a serving with breakfast, then another half serving after a workout before dinner. A full serving is a lot of thick liquid to consume. And makes me feel to full. I'm finally hitting all my macros without feeling stuffed.

This is fantastic for those who are trying to bulk up and ...
I gained a total of 40 pounds after a whole year of constant use. This is fantastic for those who are trying to bulk up and find themselves skipping meals alot.

NOPE
Flavor is great, my only points on the product that I dropped couple stars were Carbs quality is high glycemic index so its spikes your energy and then crash, its healthier if it was mix complex carbs . 2nd it contains sucralose and we all know how bad this for the body ...most reputable companies already stopped using that in their products ..time to change that 3rd there are no BCAA ..it would have been better if it had 3 or 4 grams.. 4th adding some fiber would have been better and healthier option to avoid insulin spike and risking developing diabties. 5th finally the source of protien is not stated clearly meaning it must be some highly contaminated protein with antibiotics and growth hermons..we need cleaner protien even with some added coat would have been premium choice The good thing comparing it to other average gainers ..it have less calaries which allow you to control more and less sugar

ON Gainer Helped Turn My Life Around
This product may have been almost a life saver for me. I have been using it for 10 years. I became seriously ill about a decade ago and was losing weight for unknown reasons. I am 5'10" and used to weigh in the mid 160s prior to my illness. Finally after dropping to the upper 120s my doctor recommended that I try drinking gainer shakes though he didn't mention this product in particular. I happened to mention my weight loss dilemma to my brother-in-law who pointed me to this product. So glad that he did. I started out drinking two servings per day and usually add a scoop of ice cream to it in the blender. It tastes fine to me with plain water but the ice cream makes the drink pleasingly colder. Anyhow, this put a stop to my nose diving weight and gradually pushed me into the low 130s which helped me feel some relief about my condition. About a year later I joined a gym and started working out with weights 3 times a week at least an hour each time, plus did some weight lifting at home in between. Slowly, slowly my weight raised into a more respectable mid 140s after about a year of weight lifting exercices plus this product 2X a day. Roughly 3 years later with my weight seemingly stuck in the 140s I decided to reduce it to one serving a day. I always monitor my weight and it remained basically the same. About a year ago I reduced use of this to a half serving, 6 days a week. I continue to work out at the gym and at home like usual. My upper body strength has increased especially my arms/biceps/triceps and pec muscles even at the reduced half serving of gainer plus my usual scoop of ice cream in the blender. I am happy to say my weight over the last 6 months has been lifted to almost the same level as I had prior to my illness. I am currently bumping up on the 160 lbs mark. So I have been using this for 10 years straight now plus going at my weight lifting for nearly that long a time. When I look in the mirror I grin at the results I have had over this LONG period of time. But I give a lot of credit to this gainer product and my doctors who initially encouraged me to use something like this many years back. I tend to drink mine now in the mid afternoon after my gym or home workouts and in between lunch and dinner. It does sometimes take away my appetite a bit if I drink it too close to dinner, especially back in the beginning when I was drinking two servings a day. Now at half a serving the appetite loss is much less of a problem. Will I ever stop using this altogether? Maybe, but not just yet. I do think there is a correlation between using this after a workout and building your muscle tissue so I may eternally use this at half strength based just on that. By the way, adding a scoop of ice cream to it in the blender not only makes it tastier and creamier but also adds some extra calories and calcium (I believe). The double chocolate is my favorite and adding some mint ice cream is wonderfully tasty. I think overall this product tastes great, even those times that I simply use plain water without anything more.

This is a great weight gainer product supplement
This is a great weight gainer product supplement. Don’t over use. Don’t use for complete meal replacement. Use this product To supplement your meals. I drink one with one meal per day as my drink. I use my second serving immediately following workout. Two Shakes per day. That is plenty. I see a lot of people drinking three and that is pushing it. You will burn yourself out. This is a supplement to get vitamins and proteins. You should be getting most of these from your diet. Work on a planned healthy diet and use this product to help with that diet for optimum results.

Very High Protein Content, will be a regular customer
I've been weightlifting for about 5 years off and on. My biggest struggle has always been accumulating mass. I consistently stay around 5-10% BF, and need to eat AT LEAST 4,000 calories per day to gain muscle mass (a downfall of being 6'3"). I've been making these shakes in my Ninja blender and they have come out wonderfully. I use 8 ounces of milk and 8 ounces of water and 1.5 scoops of protein per shake. It ends up being about 800 calories and 65-70 grams of protein. I drink one in the morning after my workout and one at night before bed. I've gained about 3-4lbs when I was using the first bag. Will continue to buy! Would recommend!

Quality protein for sure!
So I’m 25 years old 6 ft and 173 pounds and I have been trying to put on some muscle mass for some time now but I realized I don’t eat enough carbs daily since I’m so busy as a student so I decided to try a gainer, originally I got the traditional gainer with 250 carbs and quickly realized that would just make me overweight since I’m not trying to put on “Serious mass” just another 5-10 pounds of muscle is what I’m looking for. I’m very picky with protein because some whey proteins give me a itchy sensation in my throat after taking it and this mix did not give me that feeling so that’s a plus, it also mixed very well compared to serious mass, and tastes loads better too! I will be updating this review a couple months from now with my results but as for now, so far so good! Also may note my bag was manufactured January 2019 unlike a lot of these other reviews are 2-4 years old now I thought I’d give a more recent experience of the product!
