The tadpoles love them

We saved tadpoles from a puddle that was quickly evaporating and weren't sure what to feed them. After doing some research and read the reviews we chose to get this. Our tadpoles absolutely love these. We put the pellets in the same corner of their tank every time we feed them. We drop some pellets in every day and they go crazy for them. Our 7 year old loves watching them eat these.

Good alternative nutrition for froggies.

I use these not as a staple, but more as a supplement when I'm feeling lazy or out of frozen blood worms. They're little sinking pellets made especially for ADFs, and they can smell them in the water. They don't go nuts like for the worms, but it's nice to offer some variety in their diet. Edit: I'm upgrading my review after careful observation and going over the ingredients. My frogs usually find them because the #1 ingredient is anchovy meal. They're also packed with vitamins that bloodworms can't provide, so I've been using them more, and bloodworms maybe twice a week. With 50% protein, these are the most nutritious I've found that they like.

So far so good. My daughter got one of those grow a frogs and it is about to be in stage two so we had to get different food. Its still alive lol so I guess this food is good quality.

It's food

My frogs are high maintenance. Literally have to feed right in from of there face for them to eat. I tried training by knocking the glass but both frogs eventually died. I just don't have the time to shove food directly in front of them. Flip side is my plecos love this food haha. So it won't go to waste

Repeat Buyer here! We have been using Zoo Med Aquatic Frog food for 18 months now. Actually, that’s excactly how long our first container lasted! It was recommended to us by the pet store and for convenience, we purchased it again here on Amazon. Our African Dwarf Frog is healthy and lives in his tank with other large fish. You are only supppose to use 6 pellets per day and that is plenty. Our tank does not get cloudy when fed appropriately. We have clear water and our frog is leading a happy and healthy life. When you find a product you like, you stick with it! There is nothing worse than finding out the hard way that a product is bad for your tank!

Great price for a high quality food

I have had a really hard time finding sinking frog food for our african clawed frogs. This product is cheap and the frogs love it. I was worried that the pellets would be too small for our large frogs, but they don't seem to mind at all. A great purchase, I will be buying more.

My Arfican Dwarf Frog is more active since I swapped to this food and actually comes out of hiding to eat! I think he likes it :D
