Well made and unique idea

Perfect Christmas gift !! The maze is fun and slightly challenging which I liked. I gave gift cards to all the kids in my family tonight and they all loved the challenge. Cute and unique idea for a "boring " gift card. The plastic is alot more durable than I expected. The maze is fun enough even without a card that I admit I solved it several times before placing the cards.

A hit! Fun, intriguing, and different!

I found these when looking for a gift card holder for christmas gift cards. I was intrigued because they seemed like a fun idea to make giving a gift card a little more exciting than just handing it over :) I ordered three. When I received them I first tried them out to make sure I wasn't giving something that was going to be too hard to open. I was able to open the first one on the first try, no problems. The second and third ones took a few more minutes to open, but still I got them open. When I gave them, it was a hit! It took my sisters and brother in law a few minutes to open them, but they had a blast trying. Each is going to inflict (give :) ) the box to someone else in the future. So they were hit! The quality was ok, its just a plastic maze so its not super high quality, but all three worked well. I'd say the price might be a little more than what you'd think (I'd put them more at like $5 each quality wise) but the concept is fun, instriguing, and different. Was a great conversation item and everyone else there when they were opened also wanted to play with them.

SUPER fun way to give gift cards!!

Okay, this little thing is SO awesome! Every year I'm in charge of getting and "wrapping" a gift card for my boss from the staff in our office and when I saw this I KNEW it was perfect. My boss is a super smart man and knew he would love the fun little challenge to get to this card. It was fun for me too, because in order to put the card in the maze, you have to get the thing OPEN which means I had to solve it too. It took me two tries because the first time I didn't realize you had to solve it then keep the little ball in the right spot to open it or it would roll straight through to the beginning and you'd have to start all over. It's pretty straight forward to solve and my boss got it on the first try and planned to reuse it for a gift card for his wife! A couple other staff members also had me give them information from amazon so that they could purchase a few of these for gifts they were giving as well. All in all, super fun and surprisingly high quality for something that it kind of just the "wrapping" to another gift. I'd definitely recommend this and plan to buy more in the future!

Talk about fun. I bought 2 packs of 6 and gave one to each of the folks ages 10 - 20 on my Christmas list. I put a $50 bill into each one. I wrapped them up tight. On Christmas, I passed them out, and read a poem which I wrote detailing the game they were going to play and then said "go". Just getting the package open took 5 minutes, when they saw the $50 inside they were so flustered about getting to the money that it took more time than they thought to complete the maze:) In addition, I gave a "Newton Cradle" (also bought from Amazon.com) to the person who was able to get their $50 bill out first. It was a blast! It sure took care of those "hard to get teens"!

Fun for kids or adults!

This is such a cool way to give a gift card! It's perfect for kids or adults. When I was showing it to my husband and his friend, they played with it for half an hour, so it's not just for kids! Grown ups will like it, too!

Fun gift

Like that it is reusable! It came with a cardboard gift card shaped insert to show you where your gift of a gift card would go...be sure to remove that when adding your gift card. The door jammed up a bit with both in there. I was a bit disappointed the puzzle needed to be solved in order to add the gift. But overall it was a big hit for my grandson!

Takes away the dull out a gift card envelope

Contrary to some reviews, these are great gift card holders (I got two gift cards in each holder) and well worth the money to make for an interesting Christmas or for any event. The puzzle is tricky, especially at the end, but the gift cards help to open it easier. The level of clever from 1 to 5, I rate this 2.5 to 3 and the level of fun 4.5 to 5, this is something for every age group.

Best Gift Card Holder Ever!

This is one of the best gift card holders ever! It will confound the person you are giving a gift card to in a fun way! I’ve used 2 of the 6 gift card mazes so far & received lots of thanks & chuckles!

It makes it a little more fun to give a gift card to the older ones

I can't wait to give these out to my nieces and nephews! I must admit it took me a little bit to open each one in order to put the gift cards in there and I actually knew how to do it! I want to see how long it takes for them to figure it out before they either smash it open or ask me. It makes it a little more fun to give a gift card to the older ones.

Trying something different this year for Christmas!

I wanted a different way to give gift cards this year & can't wait to see how it turns out. It took a few minutes to figure out the trick & be able to move past it. Just make sure at the end your finger is away from the bottom of the opening in the back or you will have to do it over again. When you move the ball with the slide it trips the latch that opens the door, then the ball moves back to the beginning of the maze. If your finger is on the opening the latch does not release & the ball just goes back to the beginning. Only did that once. Lol. Great idea and look forward to continuing this approach to gift card giving in the future.
